I've got an original Birmingham Argus News Paper, printed in Claret and Blue, for the 1957 F.A Cup Final, when Villa beat the Manchester United 'Busby Babes', 2--1. It's a bit tatty now, but still ok.
I've also got a porcelain plaque, commemorating Villas's great 1981 European Cup Final Win against Bayern Munich, that's the 'David and Goliath' Cup win, the London media never mention.
Tough game but what a result! Theyâll have to play much better against Leeds or theyâll get smacked though. No idea why WBA sacked Moore as theyâve looked poor since he left. Fingers crossed for the final!
