I do have question about my drop foot and neuropathy which makes exercising and walking a real challenge. Any recommendations? Positive note I am walking with my dog at least 4 times a day

I turn on my side, put both my feet on the ground and try to stand according to the tips in this video. Couldn't get to stand up on one foot only, but following this kind of logic and exercises now I can do it again, even if I prefer using two feet. I'm almost bone to bone myself.
PT speed me differently for to lower spinal injuries. Why the difference?
