    This is simple and makes total sense. I spent 4 months in Rehab from a car accident and guess what they weren’t even close to getting me to stand up without falling over
    Thank you so much,
    I do have question about my drop foot and neuropathy which makes exercising and walking a real challenge. Any recommendations? Positive note I am walking with my dog at least 4 times a day
    reaching 4k steps.

    This method is the ticket to less pressure on knees, and builds right muscles to be more mobile...then practice squats similarly

    Any tips for getting out of a passenger seat after a long ride …I’ve got bone on bone and it’s hard to get out of car after long rides …. Thanks for your vids .

      I turn on my side, put both my feet on the ground and try to stand according to the tips in this video. Couldn't get to stand up on one foot only, but following this kind of logic and exercises now I can do it again, even if I prefer using two feet. I'm almost bone to bone myself.
