I print my business cards on blank playing cards and classic force them at the very end of my routine and I tell them " Pick a card, but don't look at it." Then I pretend to look through the deck to "figure out" which card they picked and I end it with "OH! That's cool you picked MY card" and they look at it, I tell them to keep it. Gets a great reaction every time:D

I have two questions,
1) How to know when you need to open a new deck; What is the average 'lifespan' of a deck of cards?
2) what do you think is a reasonable budget for a brick of cards for magic? ( assuming not buying standard bicycles)

This was honestly some of the best advice. I have done many things to get gigs including one or two from this and they work! 100% gold on this video.

I've never appreciated a channel more than Ramsey's right now. Out of every magicians channel I've seen, I've yet to find any that truly go into the logistics ans technique of the craft and art itself rather than just a series of cheap tutorial videos.

Great tips Chris! Thanks for posting I love the idea of leaving them with aprediction on your card. That has worked wonders for me and a lot of people have kept my card in their wallet long afterwards. It physically fuses the performer and the memory of the magic of the performance. Powerful (and more importantly FUN) stuff. I like your approach to magic on CZcams. Keep on rockin' it.

These are very cool ideas Chris! But what I really took out of this video is that this way of thinking can be applied to other situations in life too. A live performance of your skill set can always be used when meeting any potential business partner or client.

Chriiisss this vid was like two days late for me. I just went to green hill winery to meet with the owner or the winery and was going to talk to him about booking shows and doing gigs at his winery. Sadly it fell threw and I didn't get the gig. He didn't seem to interested in what I was saying and said that he didn't think it would help with anything except being a distraction. These tips would've definitely booked the gig but I will definitely be doing all of these for the future. Thank you for everything your doing!!
