I really liked the part where he says he likes to use a "teaching moment" as part of an effect. There's something similar I do where I "reveal" a double under cut to the spectator. Let em pick four cards, show them how they can control those four right back to the top. Let them pick four new cards, but this time you do the double under cut and poof four aces right to the top.

Yo chris i moved recently and on the first day in my new school at the end of math, the teachers let me do a magic trick. So i went up, did color monte, and the ending BLEW everyones mind! It was awesome! First time i had performed to people who werent in my family, and i loved it.
Thanks for being a great motivation for beginning magicians such as me, it helped me blow everyones mind, and even make some new friends!

Thank you Chris for everything. I really can not write want I want to honestly say in the comments. However I can write this much. I dreamt of learning this art as a child. I strayed from that path. (Pretty sure you could guess) Thirty years later I finally pick up a pack of cards again after finding your channel thru a recommendation of Yif. Your a great teacher and wonderfully talented as well. Just thank man bottom of my heart. Im finding a new way to focus my issues (quite a battle) into a positive manner.
