@@bbog4694 taking advantage when they have 3 other coatings that work well and are cheaper if you can’t afford it say that 😂😂😂 not that they’re taking advantage 😭
@@bbog4694 I suspect this is really for pros who charge $1k for a customer to get a hyper premium coating. So 66% profit isn't bad if you can get away with that price on someone's brand new Porsche or BMW.
This coating is pretty good. Probably going to be too good. I'll explain. Pan has the professional version added to his car, the Hydrophobic version as we've probably watched already, Yvan mentioned you don't need to add any LSPs to the surface afterwards because its so good at being Hydrophobic no other products will be as good therefore as a CZcamsr you've kind of boxed yourself in with product testing on your car because everything is less Hydrophobic and will lessen the coating effects. I'm not sure how a CZcamsr can demonstrate products beyond that point to test on a channel. Unless you have a second car thats unprotected? What are you thoughts?
One can always put the coating on one panel and let it ride while testing on other parts of the car. One interesting test would be how long would a topper mask the hydrophobic’s.
@MikeGDetailing I hadn't thought of it that way round. Test the endurance of a lesser topper stacked on C6 to see how long the better beads return. I'm thinking too far ahead, you'll have to test how it performs over a long-term test to get a feel for this one. It does seem pretty interesting in combination with APP. 👍
to compare to other brands of ceramics which have proven themselves and at a lower cost why would the consumer pay this price ? to convince you will have to wait for the endurance tests . we will closely follow your assessment with honesty
humberto gets 1st place and the 🐿️ gets the bronze!!! man i’d love to know if the diy app would work with ads quartz pro (my ads q-pro just got in today) any chance you could do a test on a small panel???
@MikeGDetailing Ease of use and at least something that lasts a year. I'm in the Midwest so it has to stand up to the winters. I used diamond body 36 last time and that lasted me about a year.
@@markweber5278 take a look at Armour Detail Supply Quartz. Still user friendly but performs great. Another option for ease of use is Ethos Graphene Matrix V2. I haven’t tried EZ PZ but that is super easy to use. If you would like to test a coating out, I do have an opened bottle of Pinnacle Black Label Pro ceramic coating I can send you. I'm tired with the repetitive marketing tactics and lack of innovation in the detailing industry. Instead of just offering temporary fixes like polish and water spot removers, I like to see companies focus on preventative solutions, such as coatings that require minimal maintenance and are resistant to scratches and water spots.
On Pan's latest video Yvan stated that these require little maintenance other than a periodic decon wash. At least for the pro versions. I would suspect hydro lite would be the same. Self Healing coatings were supposed to the next big thing but they kind of lost traction.
@@MikeGDetailing all good coatings doesnt require any maintenance. thats why you put a coating on the car IMO. If you like to work on your car you buy a wax or sealent =)
C6 Ceramics Hydro Lite is a technological innovation. The Refined Detonated Nano Diamonds and silicon nitride make the C6 Ceramics line of coatings much higher resistance to water spots and damage.
@@MikeGDetailing I don't see any difference in the C6 coating. Simply spraying water on the coating doesn't prove its longevity or reduced maintenance. Offering a professional-grade version seems like just a marketing strategy, which is also commonly copied from other companies. This coating doesn't require special handling that could pose health risks to justify being available only to professionals.
@@asaholeyu maybe should know and even try before coming out so hard against. I mean it’s ok to have doubts or hesitations, but to say lack innovation is unwarranted to C6. Detonated Nano Diamonds is pretty new and innovative?! And APP is something completely new to the industry. Time will tell on the rest. 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you!
Thank you for allowing me to test it.
Congratulations Mike. Can’t wait to see your in-depth review & application of the C6
Looking forward to ur thoughts on this one!
Great unboxing
Thanks buddy.
Nice unboxing experience Mike! Looking forward to your application!
Thanks. I will be sure to capture that.
$300 is really steep, looked good on Pan's channel though.
Pan got hydro the pro rated coating, this is hydro lite which is available to everyone
Yeah, their prices are getting out of control. They’re taking advantage of people look elsewhere for good deals.

I’m excited to see these hydrophobics on this coating 👍🏼👊🏼
Same here.

Nice
Yes Griot's Garage G9
Thank you for confirming this for me.

The performance of the coating will speak for itself.
Hi Mike, what are you plans for this coating? Will you install it on the entire car?
Planning to use it on an entire car at least that is my current thought.
First!!!°°

Yes, it works with any coating
And Umberto was first while being in the chat on the Phoenix EOD podcast. That alone is impressive.
At $300 a bottle thats a little steep.
Hopefully with time the pricing comes down for more to purchase it. Based on Eddie's video it looks pretty awesome.
@MikeGDetailing I just applied the three year coating and having some issues with the hydrophobics on that so I might try something else.
@@markweber5278 I don't know your experience with coatings so are you looking for ease of use?
