You can actually just create a link and send that link to the customer to make that payment.
Which one is better for people to not retract their payment on? The personal or the business? I'm sure anybody can retract anything at any time however I have heard that one is better than the other if they just want to get their money back for no reason.

If you have paid for a service through either account, then the buyer is eligible for buyer protection and can make a claim up to 180 days from when the transaction was complete. In personal if you receive money NOT from a business related transaction then there will be no buyer protection and they cannot request the money back. I hope that makes sense.

At 6:20 when you're "...sending to a friend using your PayPal balance" implies you're using PayPal's account, not directly from your bank's Credit/Debit card?

I usually park a few thousand in my PayPal acct . My account is 20 years old taking credit card payments with a perfect history of no problems - They just froze my account - i can’t withdraw funds and are conducting an audit - WTF! It is not a bank. Do not kid yourself. Stay clear!

@@StewartGauld There’s no one to talk to except for their answering service that takes info - the website they direct you to to submit documents does not allow you to submit documents - you have to call in to get a special link - can you even imagine Chase Bank doing this? Someone handling your money should be seen as rock solid trustworthy and reliable - Attributes PayPal does not have any longer.
