You can't, despite her being very unpopular in Congress and the American people (as far as I can tell). The idea behind the Constitution is to resist popular oppression. That is why regardless of how people feel about her in the country as a whole, she hasn't been removed and neither has Matt Gaetz or Nancy Mace. What's most important is Georgia's 14th district. You need people there to vote her out during the next election. Unfortunately people like Kari Lake and J.D. Vance have risen because of their constituent as well.
That's the best they have. Let that sink in.

I imagine that the lawyer who first tried and failed miserably was a first year law student. Their argument was whatever it said about Speaker Pelosi which wasn't the issue at all. Immoral yes, illegal no. Then we have the non supreme court who has shielded the treasonous traitors and themselves from the Fourteenth Amendment section three. Technically when they allowed the orange overlord to remain on the ballot. That was breaking the Fourteenth Amendment section three by giving aid and comfort to the insurgents. So since they say that Congress must rectify this. I intend on writing several letters should Democrats regain Congress, hold the Senate and the presidency. That it should state that any lawful citizen can bring challenges against any government official who has tried to overthrow the government and those who have protected them. This gives us the ability to circumvent the Senate because they're unwilling to hold them accountable😡.

And I use to be a Democrat, until they went off the rails. I would rather have the admittedly odd MTG than some far left radicals who want:
1. A totally unsecured border, without no vetting of the people pouring across it. Countries are cleaning out their prisons by sending criminals here. Dangerous gang members, murderers, and terrorists are basically being allowed to come in and disappear. And if you want to come here, it should not be a free ride. You ought to have to work, like many, but not all, Americans do. No nice “free” lodging, food and medical care, all compliments of US taxpayers. I’m old enough to where my husband and I will not bear that financial burden. Younger generations will. So don’t be surprised or confused when middle America’s tax rates soar.
2. Free everything for everybody (that’s called socialism, and it does not work). Ask ANYONE in Venezuela, many of whose citizens are frantically trying to come to the US. There is even a growing radical left movement called “anti-work”.
😳. What happens if everyone joins that organization??
3. A president who is absolutely unable to perform the duties of his office. He has dementia, and everyone knows it. Democrats are acting out The Emporer’s New Clothes”. And Harris is as unappealing as MTG.
4. Squatters being allowed to continue to live (and often destroy) OTHER people’s property without paying rent. And the owners are being put in jail when they try to kick them out. Yes, mind-boggling as it is, that is exactly what is happening in NY right now.
5. To not care that the national debt is skyrocketing ( but fault for this applies to both Dems AND Republicans).
6. To allow college students to act like kindergartners, holding entire campuses hostage over a war that is not ours, and allowing such immaturity to continue. Do as Dr. King recommended - protest peacefully.
7. To allow CHILDREN to have body parts butchered without their parents’ consent. If you are 18 years old, have at it. You be you. But allowing children to medically transition will be considered a huge tragedy in the not-too-distant future. Your kids cannot even have dental work done without parental consent. So why should they be able to permanently alter their gender? As a Libertarian, I will defend any adult’s right to transition, as long as they don’t reach in my purse to pay for it. Pay for it with insurance, support groups and your OWN funds.
8. To threaten conservatives for their opinions. I find differing opinions very interesting and educational. My grandfather was a member of the House of Representatives (GA/D), back when Dems believed in tolerance. (That is, except for when it came to poor blacks). Tolerance is one of the very hallmarks of freedom. But the new radical left is anything but tolerant of opposing views.
9. To allow criminals to go unpunished. People now KNOW they can walk right out of a store with hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of merch with ZERO consequences. Store employees are warned to let thieves go or get fired. Accountability is gone. Crime rates, snatch-&-grabs, stranger on stranger murders, burning down cities will continue to be prolific. And the already burdened citizens will pay the price in grief, high prices for goods, services and for rebuilding entire cities..
10. Witch hunts of Trump. Let me make this perfectly CLEAR! I will NOT be voting for him. He is an arrogant, narcissistic, rude, misogynistic PIG! He disgusts me. A few thousand people and I will be voting for the Libertarian candidate. I will vote my convictions. If limited to voting for either Trump or Biden, I will abstain. But objectively speaking, Trump is being railroaded right now. He is not committing all of these crimes. They are going after him because he is a Republican, and a jerk. Absolute power corrupts . This is certainly true, and applies to both D and R.. That is happening in this case. And you may agree with glee on what The Left is doing to Trump right now. But politics is cyclical. You won’t think it is okay (when) the tables are turned on you one day.
11. To refuse to even acknowledge the rabid inflation and high gas prices we have been gifted with under Biden.
I have sat down and actually listened to and read MTG’s agenda. She is weird, but not as weird as the liberal press is making her out to be. I vote Libertarian, so she will not get my vote. And before you start sending me hate comments, ask yourself if that would really be appropriate just because I have a different opinion than you. As for myself, I wish no ill will on any of you. I hope all of you live prosperous, contented, joyful, healthy, principled lives. It is just MY opinion that this country is on the wrong track. I hope that if I am right, none of you will be personally harmed negatively by anything happening here . Grace and peace to you all.
