Usually customer error, the aeg requires you to pull the trigger to the rear and wait for the cut off lever to disconnect the trolley for you. You can then release and pick up the trolly again. People pull the trigger half way, disconnecting power them selves to try and create single shot. If the customer needs the gun to operate faster than mechanically limited guns then they should be traded up to a internal etu to remove the problem. If there’s no compatible etu then increase speed with mosfets and voltage to reduce the area that it has time to hang and get caught. But still comes back to trigger spam or too slow battery.
I've been fighting this for a month. New shs 12'1, new shs cutoff, new shs wire harness and trigger trolly. And it keeps happening at least once every mag. Selector plate is factory classic army. Only one I had that fit it properly. Beyond frustrating.
I know a nautilus when I see one haha That trigger housing and wiring harness was a nightmare for my Krytac. I dremeled out space for a gate Titan and forgot about it
I have the same problem on a g&g mp5, I know that the issue now is that is not the same gearbox shell that it originally had, I put in a old g&g gearbox { non blowback } 2 posible fixes: 1.fine tune the selector plate with cut off lever so it sits just right 2. gate aster v2, issue gone (recomended, c'mon it's 2022, trigger contacts are dated already) greetings from dominican republic: 🇩🇴
hmm I'm wondering if I snapped something in my trolly. My last game while playing my trigger got a bit stuck and I applied a bit of pressure and felt/heard a snag sound. Then it went back to going all the way back. However, my Semi is now fully auto. The thing that confuses me is 2 out of 10 pulls it will go semi like it supposed to with 1-3 out of 10 pulls fires 2 or 3 shots a pull. Took it apart to look at it and I'm no tech nor do I know what to look for, but it looked like it was all in one piece. I'm wondering if I need to replace it entirely and if so, does the type of the gun matter? I'm using a Sterling SMG. I also have some mechanical experience/understanding But AEG is a completely new field. Your videos have actually been a big help on most problems i have seen and had.
Hey if I want to SS my Siegetek 9 tooth DSG should I cut the tooth on the pickup or the release? My plan is to have 70 RPS so I’m worried about PME of the air nozzle cutting the front tooth.
My electric lancer tactical m4 stopped shooting a few weeks ago, it's not the battery and I don't think it's the mag. I'm pretty sure it's the internal. If you know anything about this could you help me out

I got rid of most the gear/motor noise, but the spring makes a loud "TWANG" sound after each shot. Any suggestions on remedies?

My AEG is semi only so I can't flip it on auto what do I do? (I don't want to take apart my gearbox)

Short stroking a 9 tooth DSG, or any DSG for that matter, is a sin.
It happens to me every shot, every Time i release the trigger..

the g&g springs are short and bounce off the inside of the piston and spring guide when it cycles. so just get a new spring
