Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧! Having just started Airsoft (at 61), this is just what I'm after. I can't find any books about Airsoft 'Teching' or courses, therefore this Series is going to be invaluable. So, that's a 'Sub' from me for a great start to a Series. Thanks...

I too have found it difficult to find any good sources and/or guides… so I watch a lot CZcams!!!
I am very mechanically inclined and have more tools than I know what to do with, so I want to do upgrades Myself.
@TheAirsoftTech is a channel I have gone back to many times… good stuff!!!
PS: I’m well into My 50’s and haven’t been playing for a year yet.

Keep putting out this kind of quality content. I have gained so much knowledge from your videos. I do have a small suggestion. Because your tone of voice is deep and paired with the fact that sometimes you say some words really fast there's several times that I don't understand certain words you were trying to say and lost the meaning of the instruction. maybe say the words a little clearer. Anyway that's it. No criticism just an observation. Again thank you.

I’ve been playing with the idea of getting a mic to help out with the volume part... now the speed at which I speak is something I’ve been working on ever since high school. Lol

You just keep doing what you're doing little brother. You produce awesome videos with great content. You are really helping a lot of us who like to work on our airsoft guns without having to send them off and wait to get them back. Thanks for all you do and like I said, just keep doing it.

A couple things I might mention that have helped me. I am new to Airsoft Tech, but I have done a lot of mechanics on vehicles and heavy equipment.
The trays are very handy for shop work, but sometimes we find ourselves repairing things in the field. Having a small flat magnet to place screws, bolts, or springs, can save your backside.
Along those same lines, not a lot of people know that you can magnetize your tools by resting them on a magnet for a short period of time. The neodymium magnets inside of the quality motors are perfect for this. Magnetized tools are more expensive and not necessary.

Great video. It will help many new techs get started. I wish I had this guide to fall back on when I started. Also I totally agree with the vice. That tool has saved me more than once. I do have a recommendation for additional tools to purchase. I’d also say to get a set of vice grip pliers and a set of needle nose pliers.

Add lockable pliers to your list, the type that surgeons typically use. I find they're very useful for keeping wires out of the way and they're also long and thin so they're good for getting into small spaces.

Thanks for the video! It's common sense stuff here but its always nice to hear it from someone doing it ya know. Looking forward to next one, been taking notes from the tech tip videos and such as well. I'm looking at picking up a gate titan this week and setting it up in my Krytac PDW mk2. Picking up a Dremel and parts containers like yours in the morning. These videos are really helpful, I'm wanting to learn to be a tech because if I do the work then I know I can make sure its done well and i'm around more than the tech that is in once a week for a few hours.

Only thing I tend to buy cheap is allen keys. The logic is that I'd rather have the allen key strip than the bolt in the gun and a whole set is less than $5.

A trick you mite like is to cut a flat blade screw driver slot in. The pin of the anti reverse latch for releasing piston or to hold it back when assembling the gearbox love you show just got that idea of a new gel blaster that has been released in Australia you probably already know about it just letting you know because it’s the first I have seen so far

Great video tutorials! Going to be helpful trying to get my lancer tactical enforcer black bird upgraded. Was a little bummed to find it had a hard time reaching 90ft without drooping and a drifting a bit. Trying to get up to 150ft and accurate for a good training and outdoor game rifle. Any thoughts on what you would put in it to reach out further and more accurate on that build?

I think G@G uses JIS Japanese spec. not phillips . I would recommend the VESSEL MEGADORA IMPACTA, amazon has them for around 39 dollars.

Thanks for the video/info! Want to get into teching! Would you recommend starting on a cheap gun like cyma or would your recommend a platform like m4s?

I really need this advice because I have gotten guns upgraded from places with a “reward winning tech” and when the gun comes back it doesn’t shoot or parts are missing on the gun *cough* *cough* evike tech

☺😊😀😁😂5 Smile's Nice nice unfortunately after Fall Out "i like the matt" i enquired on one from hear and was told it would not be sent and found its not allowed by law hear north Korea is the other 😮the only other????WTF😨😵😭i can't believe it hell you could have a range at the park to regulate😕 but we do get a gel blaster the range well i don't think you will get the possible BB but on general upgrade 40m is a good one and you can get parts but you are not allowed to get BB or a lot off the parts but we get a lot of post off airsoft motors and really you could anyways and a lot is nylon at best but there is a few with metal on the G9 set on!
