you need to show the Steven Segal scene from the Jamaican movie where he comes home from Mexico and resets the engagement pawl on his palm gun, and if possible, find one to shoot. I have actually held one and it felt awesome, although it was a .22 short, it still shot like a revolver. I just love the smile on his face when he dry fires it!

@@EvrttGrnThat good sir is why Police Agencies everywhere removed the .38 Special from being a service revolver and wither went with .357 Magnum, or other round size, currently the favored 9mm is at the top of the list. But there were instances of dogs attacking policemen and the issued .38 special ricocheted off of the dog's skull! bouncing off windshields were another common trait of the round as well. It got so bad that Some Police officers elected to carry their own personal firearm instead of the issued .38 Special because many jurisdictions refused to change the old revolvers. but this goes back a ways, back into the 70s and 80s of last century. I was kind of hoping that Scott would put in a .357 Mag into the pistol and shoot it to demonstrate the difference, since the rounds are interchangeable in most guns.

what makes him even cooler after that incident, and the same applies for others like ballistic high speed, is how they took that in stride and even turned it into an ongoing joke for their channels, scotts "put a thumb in it" quote is probably one of, if not the, most quoted quote for any potential gun related injury ive seen lately lmao.
though its pretty obvious scott takes way more safety measures than he used to, and that is definitely for the better, we get to see the content still as he wants it done, and he's far less likely to repeat that incident again

@slugman7070 no kidding, scotts sucked cause it was a severe neck wound, the fact he literally shoved his thumb into it to survive, and stayed conscious is outstanding
Then BHSs incident (i keep forgetting the guys name, damn it), just the fact his mind was like "who's injured?! Medic mode kick in!, only to realize HE was the one messed up and still pull through and basically tend to himself till getting airlifted, that was crazy

A blocked barrel is a great way to get a neck scar, or to be named lefty.
While this little firecracker is certainly no joke, muzzle velocity is essential for hollow-point expansion. It zipped through the gel block not because it was especially packing heat, but in fact because it _wasn't_ packing a lot of heat, and the hollow point behaved much like a fully-jacketed round instead.
You'd think that the manufacturers would try to design a hollow point that would expand at lower velocity considering that a fair number of concealed carry
.38's are snubbies. The barrel on this is slights longer than the barrel on my S&W 442 Air Weight .

They did it's called the Glaser Safety Slug, it was made for US Air Marshals to use on planes, devistating shotgun style rounds that won't penetrate the fueslage or windows, but will do lot's of damage to flesh.
The Galser Safety Slug is the way to go here.
It will still probably make the thief let go of Grandmas purse though.😅

Both barrels at once looked like some pretty stout recoil. I’m sure you could find some interesting things to shoot with it. Love to see that! Keep up the fun stuff.

They could easily make a Cylinder model of this. That would be a mighty fine defense weapon

2 things, One, having a on demand table request is soooooo Kentucky Ballistics!. And B, the force is strong in Scott as he tossed that table into the dummy with better accuracy and force than Scott Jr.!!!! ( yes his dad throws tables better than he does!) It should also be noted that if you chambered the palm pistol in other calibers that upon pushing of the red button Scott would now be known as Stubby Scott from that point forward!, that and the mushroom cloud formed on his hand would be bigger than the flash from his 7 Bore Blunderbuss!
