Very grateful to have Johnny as a teacher/leader of the firearm community. Hard to find someone in today's society that takes pride in ones work like Johnny does. Thanks.
Your videos are awesome. Didn't know how easy it was to get that out till now. Great advise and it's nice to see someone willing to share their knowledge and passion.
Man,my eyes are burning from binge watching every video you have, how did I not know about you before....mad respect and thanks to you for being the teacher of all things Glock
Thanks for your wisdom as well as your knowledge. As a new Johnny Glock fan and watcher I feel I can rely fully on your information. Go forward and prosper.
Thanks Johnny, We appreciate all you do for our community...I use the clenzoil Grease on the specific areas you told me to use it on, when I last came out to visit the shop...AWESOME product...Say hello to the guys in the shop and your son...:-). JT...
Just completed my polishing and spring install and what a difference it makes. Can't wait to take it to the range tomorrow. Thanks for the great easy to follow video and instructions. Job done on my Glock 17 Gen 5. Great website as I received my kit in just a few days.
Great video. I ordered a lpk and the trigger assembly came disassembled 🤦🏿♂️🤯 your video saved me, i had no idea on how to assemble that lil spring and lever. Thank you
Thank you Sir. This is the best video I have seen dismantling and reassembling the trigger housing for the Gen 5. Thank you very much....I support your opinion.
Thanks for this. Installed my trigger bar into my housing all wrong going off another youtube video. Basically my bar wasn’t even in the spring loaded shelf, shot 600 rounds that way. No idea why the trigger felt alright to me, even reset snappy. Changed my trigger bar this evening for an oem np3d bar just my preference for right now, and man it feels so much better. Thanks again for making this.
Johnny, your use of the synthetic gun grease because of its perfect properties for that trigger issue suggests an idea for a video: Different lubricants and how and where to use them. Tips, tricks, traps of usage, etc. THANKS for your awesome videos. Such a privilege to learn from you. Just got in my dremel felt pads and clay to polish my connector rod!
Thanks John, Eddie Bob here.Another informative video. As usual. Love the awl method of getting the clasp out. My method of using a small flat screwdriver was a real PITA. Grease is good.
At 57 I’ve given up on the idea that fixing stupid is possible 🤣 Just a waste of time! Keep doing what you do, I’ve learned so much and have been apply it to all my Glock trigger groups. So far, all 4 are so so much smoother and a little lighter. Still chasing perfection, but thats the fun part! Thanks for the time and sharing of knowledge 🙏
Hi man , love your videos , very detailed , i have my 17 gen5 , i had to cut the right side of the ambidextrous slide stop lever , due to the fact that it was friction with the trigger , once it was cutoff , i have a 4.0lb overall trigger pull......
Great tip, thanks again for your vids...you ARE the best when it comes to Glock triggers! I will definitely check out Clenzoil grease, but now you opened a can of worms....the old oil vs grease controversy.
Wow so glad I saw this vid, because when I installed my new connector I got from you I am pretty sure I installed my trigger bar on top of the spring rather than sliding it into the area you greased. I know, I am an idiot, and I will never claim to be any kind of expert.
Johnny I have new G17 Gen5 and G23 Gen5 pistols and I'm not a big fan of this new latching system -- at least I have my doubts. I 've had some strange experiences with different connectors. I finally found a connector that works well but it's hit or miss on 3rd party connectors. I don't know if you have tried the Ghost Angel 3.0 connector but this 'drop in' connector replacement will cause a trigger discharge when testing trigger reset. Ghost advertises this as a Gen5 connector but it's a dangerous one. Given its issues I haven't tried it in my Gen4 pistols but it may work fine there. I believe the Gen5 trigger housing has modified the geometry of the connector/bar relationship and it's causing weird issues. One of my first Ghost Edge 3.5 connectors seems to be work best in my G17 Gen5. I'm getting consistent trigger pulls and it feels good -- not too light and not too heavy. With other connectors, I've had issues where [my pulls] start out at 3lbs but after dry-firing creep back up to 5lbs. I'm sure there's a technical explanation but I've had very touchy experiences with this new Gen5 housing.
Thanks for the tip. BTW, whatever you do, please do not lose that plastic-on-plastic creaking noise when you move the camera around - I've grown fond of it.
Apex it with a ghost connector or just get one of johnnnys g43 hlad break housing systems I went thr first route & going to song Johnny my glock45 to work on
Well said my man,so much hate and internet expert's,like you said you put your heart and soul into your trigger system's you deserve the love! you are the leading expert on glock triggers in the world right now if anyone needa info just hit the subscribe button!
Hey Johnny you do great videos and are very informative. I wanted you to check some new products that work really good. Amsoil gun cleaner and there protection. If you do try it let me know and I can set you to by it. Stay safe my friend
Hi Johnny, great videos! I have a gen 4 glock 19 slide on a gen5 glock 45 9mm frame. Would you recommend your gen 4 or gen 5, trigger? They both seem to work stock (i learned that from one of your videos) :)
2?’s 1) is that a 30274 ejector in gen 5 housing? 2) that hook on the right side of gen 5 trigger housing is not there on the G43 trigger housing, does that mean it doesn’t unlock the safety on way back?
I finally got to shoot my G43 with a Johhny Glock trigger assembly and all I can say is WOW...... it's not 1911 like but it's close enough that I now enjoy shooting my G43 and I'm way more accurate
Thank you Johnny Glock for this wonderful video. Things are explained very well here. What is the material of the Glock trigger housing? Is it made up of polymer or metal?
Hey I have a johnnyglock gen 3 trigger housing with a set screw to help with travel I’ve also thinking of running a Timney alpha trigger with that housing you think it would be fine for competition?
Johnny not specific for this video but question for you on gen 5. Have a Glock 45 that is less than a year old and not even 5K rounds yet. When I first got it, it had a good wall and then build up to break. However I noticed lately that the trigger press is very mushy and not a defined wall with more of a rolling break. Very sloppy and light pull? Not sure if this would be a spring issue or what you would suggest. Any advice is greatly appreciated
I bought a gen 5 glock 19 from a dealer who said the gun was new. I noticed some marks on the gun when I got home with it that made me think maybe it wasn't new. I have another gen 5 glock 19 and I noticed the ejector shapes on both guns don't match. The ejector shape on my new gun is much more narrow, the number on it is 47021. Has glock released Gen 5 19's with different ejectors over time or did I get I get burned? I don't know enough about guns to be able to tell whether the gun is indeed new or it's just something the guy through together out of parts. If that's the case then I would be worried some of the internal safety features of the pistol may be disabled. Any information you can give me would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
You’re the best period. And since my personal initials are JG….i have to have a vex on my g45. Not trying to be a dick or cheap…but I don’t have the exact goo you used. Which kind of grease would you suggest? I have all kinds of grease as I am a heavy equipment operator/mechanic. I’ve got some milk grease that’s the same color even lol. Just want to know some ingredients so I don’t fuck shit up. Otherwise, I’ll order a teeny tiny tube like yours.
I´m with you on the 2nd A issue. Here in Europe we don`t really have such a support like from the NRA. We have groups that try to help us, but it`salmost to late as the European Firearms Directive is in affect and the member states have to take into national law. It`s a pain and it sucks. But ther eis no real together her ein Europe on firearm ownership and firearm rights. We are divided into three main groups: Hunters, competition shooters and collectors. This applies mainky to Germany (and other countries). Only very few countries in the European Community have somehting like the 2nd Amendment in the US. But most of the member countries here don`t. The thrre primary groups kind of go upo agains each other. It`s sad and dramatic and thei are clamping down more and more on us....;(
I enjoy the tips in your videos but sometimes you can be a little long in the tooth. It took half the video to actually get into what this video is about.
Like my dad always said… options are like as$holes …everyone has one you and you just need to learn what as$hole needs your attention and what as$hole doesn’t deserve your time… and if you can do that you’re life will be so much better.
Very grateful to have Johnny as a teacher/leader of the firearm community. Hard to find someone in today's society that takes pride in ones work like Johnny does. Thanks.
You are the true Glock man! Glock needs to take notes!

Man thank you I love the videos and all the help. You make the go to triggers
I accidentally removed my trigger housing clasp and was freaking out trying to get it back in. You saved me!! Thanks
I like to put it in and go back and forth to make sure it's working correctly...all in the name of safety.........thanks for the tip.

@@johnnyglocks Or best ammo. Or best holster. Or Harley guys...."best oil" and/or chrome polish.

Hi Johnny, great videos!

wanna sell the old trigger housing ? 🤣
Thank you Johnny Glock for this wonderful video. Things are explained very well here. What is the material of the Glock trigger housing? Is it made up of polymer or metal?
The housing is polymer but the ejector is metal.
Hey I have a johnnyglock gen 3 trigger housing with a set screw to help with travel I’ve also thinking of running a Timney alpha trigger with that housing you think it would be fine for competition?
Thanks!
My pleasure
Do you have an online workshop, or set of videos of a start to finish trigger job
Hello, any idea how to install the ny1 trigger return spring in the gen 5? Is the black plastic piece that goes into the factory return spring needed?
Johnny not specific for this video but question for you on gen 5. Have a Glock 45 that is less than a year old and not even 5K rounds yet. Is it possible to put a Gen 5 locking block in a Gen 4?
For the full size trigger spring housings, can a New York trigger spring be used? Gen 5
Johnny have you ever applied to work at Glock? you would be a great member of their team In Georgia
I bought a gen 5 glock 19 from a dealer who said the gun was new. I noticed some marks on the gun when I got home with it that made me think maybe it wasn't new. What area does this lubricate? Does the trigger bar move around inside the clasp?
Can anyone tell me if you can run the Gen 5 trigger housing in a gen 3

Really the Whisper of the Glock world
"One fail swoop"
He meant to say "One FELL swoop."
“Feel some weirdness in the trigger pull.” It’s a Glock..right? :>)
I need a Johnny Glock trigger.
Hey I need help my g20 won’t fire please help
Are you still using white lithium grease, or all Clenzoil now?
What size punch is that you are using at 6:00
I´m with you on the 2nd A issue.

Does this have a disconnector?
That's kind of scary Glock would hire armors that couldn't get one dinky spring on correctly.
You should be Q for the John Wick franchise
That was a great speech. Please give it to the “HOUSE DEMOCRATS”.
is it okay to shave that clasp down
is this product worth the price over good ole white lithium
I would say yes this one is actually worth it. but if you can find a grease that has just as much viscosity I say go for it
That thumbs down is from a youtube troll
I enjoy the tips in your videos but sometimes you can be a little long in the tooth. It took half the video to actually get into what this video is about.

Clenzoil is Topps 👍👍
Look up utube channel
"Project Farm", he tested many gun lubricants, Clenzoil came out on top 👍👍🏆
Thank you!!!!
