    Great for mindfulness, anxiety, trauma, relaxation, peace, calm, and clarity.
    This is a meditation that I often use (as a psychotherapist) on myself, my patients, and my friends.

    This honestly helped me shift my focus from feeling nervous for my exam tomorrow to calm. I must say, this was pretty helpful,,

    Couldn't really get properly into this as there was an advert in the middle. Would be great if you could post it on a platform where that doesn't happen such as podcast
