the very best muscle up tutorial I've seen on CZcams. Not even close. THANK YOU!
1:59 what a clean and nice bar muscle ups 💪🏻
Thanks for the tutorial. I'm 49 and just started on my calisthenics journey 6 month ago. I started listening to the podcast a week ago and I'm now a BIG fan of yours.
The band never worked for me and now I realize it was because I was bending my knees and losing the support. Thanks for the help!
You guys are amazing, the way you breakdown everything is second to none. I’d love to swing by once this lockdown is over with.
Good explanation with the band to support for the startup.
very good explanation on why the slight backwards tilt needed!
Cool technique with the bands
Great tutorial! Thanks
You guys are awesome.. 👍 😎💪💥
Very good teaching.Focused, detailed in all steps, different presenters and demos. Perfect.
Thanks. Glad it was helpful. Thanks for the support, we appreciate it
Thank you guys, super helpful

Excellent as always, well demonstrated and executed 👍💪

Nice tutorial guys! Muslce ups, my favorite exercise!
Thanks! The muscle up holds a special place in all our hearts! :o)
I'm so glad i found this video, because no one says to keep your legs straight and make yourself longer and this is why i haven't achieved muscleup, because i didn't do like this,Thank you!
Brilliant. I said it before and Il say it again. You boyz rock 👊🏽💪🏽

Our pleasure, glad it was useful and thanks for the support.
hey ever thought about incoporating weighted band muscleups. you do your muslceup with the band. but add additional weight once you feel comfortable. to bring the move closer to a real muscleup
CZcamsr Disguiser nobody really does that just progress to the weakest band and then try without the band
5:09 that guy who celebrated he wasnt choose ahhahhahah
Where is that place, it looks great.
This is so motivating..I can do 20 wide grip pull ups 4 sets of 10 dips yet because of my shoulders limited ROM my mind has lost its vision
A few years ago I could do 5 muscle ups in a row. My confidence has diminished ..time to try again
What tension band are you guys using for this?
Great explanation! And… wait! Is that a Ninja Warrior Gym?!? 😳😍
Cheers chaps!! Great explanations! Aiming to get this mastered next year!! 💪🏻👊🏻🏋🏻♀️
Ps what camera was this filmed with 📸👌🏻
The one Harvey has. :o) That is all we can say. lol Tim
James Macdonald can you do muscle ups now?
I weight 220lbs and I cannot do the transition part(I can do 20 pull-ups and 40 dips). I'll try with the elastic band to see what I learn with it.
Hstl made top
sir you did not mention one thing, which i would like to add is that, when we try to get above the bar, we should keep our elbows in a straight line and not outwards, which most probably happens when we try to do a muscle up and is not good in long run. (What view do you have about this).
Yes we'd agree that trying to keep the elbows tucked close to the body is better because it puts the head of the humerus in a better position and this means it's safer for the shoulder.
I’ve just started training the muscle up using the heavy blue band. I think bands are the way to go, you can take away up to 85% of your body weight and it’s still a challenging move. But there’s no substitute for actually *doing* the move if that makes sense?
Yeah for sure, the bands serve a s agood progress and have their place in helping you to develop the force and velocity requirements but ultimately you have to get to a point where you don't need them and can do it with good technique. It's a fine tipping point and the key is to never let your ego get in the way so use the bands when you need them.
i have been training for a year and i still can't do muscle up
What language are these people speaking?
Clueless swimmer is hilarious
