    I worked in a grocery store at one point. I watched a video on the security cams of a customer accidentally dropping a bottle of Jagermeister about 3 feet. When it hit the ground it shattered and a large chunk of that glass flew towards the man's leg about 2-3 feet away and cut into the man's lower leg appox mid achilles. The blood flowed like a ship had sprung a leak. That was a 3 foot drop and the glass after shattering had to fly another 2-3 feet before impact with the man's leg. Now, Amber Heard's "expert" claims a glass bottle couldn't lacerate a finger tip when thrown with force directly at the site of the injury like really? He has to be one of the biggest lying sacks of corrupted s$%t ever.

      Glass is no joke. I fucked up about ten years ago. I drank way to much Jack Daniels and got in a verbal argument with the wife “like an idiot” she was drinking too. When she left the room i punched a window and sliced the artery , tendon, muscle, nerves on my arm . Blood was gushing out like a fountain. I passed out after we wrapped it. She rushed to the hospital, on the way she happen to see a cop in a subway parking lot . If it wasn’t for the cop being there i would be a dead man.
      All from a time 1 inch piece of glass in the window frame. P.S. i don’t drink Whiskey any more.

    The amount of certainly that Amber's surgeon expressed (he "ruled out" Johnny's proposed mechanism), contrasts very interestingly with this surgeon who says (correctly in my opinion) that without seeing a video it's impossible to say with certainty.
    As a rule of thumb, when people express complete certainty about the details of events they have only second or third hand knowledge of, it's wise to be skeptical.

    • @Baalslegion07
      @Baalslegion07 Před 9 měsíci +1

      Absolutely true. Every time any "person educated in their field" - not just experts - express an absolute statement, they are more often than not wrong about that.
      Its like people claiming they NEVER lie. Sure, they might lie less than the usualy fella, but they still lie at times. Also, most things can be turned into a matter of definition. The other aspect is that even objective statements, are always witnessed from a subjective perspective. Turning absolute statements into falsehoods by default. To you something can be absolute, but that never makes it objectively that way.
      I think its moments like these, that give us awesome first hand evidence of the Dunning-Kruger effect! The less you know about something, the more absolute your stance on a subject matter becomes. Most people that actually know what they talk about will tell you, that they are certain, but leave a tiny room of error, since they are aware that ehile they know very much, they aren't all knowing. Any good expert leaves this certain room for error.
      Only unprofessional "experts" dont, at which point I wouldn't even call them experts anymore. Sure, that dude might know a ton about technology, meta data and the like, but he isn't in the know about everything. He will have a multitude of other people who work for him, any single one of those could have made a mistake and he would be none the wiser. He could have overlooked one line of code that would be making a significant difference, working day and night, high on the 13th coffee of the day. There are almost limitless possibilities, ranging from likely to unlikely.

    After watching Amber’s legal team call their “go-to experts” in each field, I find it disturbing that we clearly can’t rely on “independent” experts to testify with non-bias. An “independent” expert should explain as thoroughly as possible , without creating more confusion-or losing the integrity of their expertise.
    Example: If I explain that hashing would change if there are no changes to a file-merely an open and print function could “change” the metadata, I should also explain that if I DO make changes then it would also make changes to the file; thus, his previous statement that “hashing has NOTHING to do with metadata changes” is false and he should not be relied on as an expert or an expert without bias IMO.
    On the other hand, Depp’s expert on the topic, clearly explained that since there is no way to determine WHY the metadata changes happened-be it either and “open and print” situation or “significant editing” situation- that it cannot be relied on as “authentic”.
    In almost every “expert” Amber’s team has brought in, they don’t explain things clearly, I end up more confused-or at least with more questions/clarifications-and they almost act as if we should just take their word because they are an “expert” and that’s that….refusing to acknowledge why or how another “expert” would even question their opinion.
    So bizarre and disappointing :(

    Amber refused to turn over the metadata and devices for them to be forensically evaluated by Depp's team, by the way. They stalled and stalled until there was no time left. There were pre-trial discussions about it.
    Emily D Baker, one of the legal commentators on CZcams, said she expected there to be a jury instruction about that, so that the jury was informed of this. She was a bit surprised when there wasn't one.
    So the jury never got to hear about it, and Depp STILL won, and she has the nerve to whine (falsely) that not all the evidence was allowed in.

    I work for a glass factory and you are absolutely correct on the way glass breaks depending on the type of glass and how it was broken. Tempered and laminated glass acts completely different than annealed or other types of heat strengthened glass. Also the only main difference in a glass bottle and a window pane is what the base materials are used (and yes there is actually a difference believe it or not) but the process on how it is made is generally still the same. A bottle is going to be processed the same way annealed glass is which is the most common type of glass made outside architectural uses due to the fact that it breaks in large dangerous shards. While it may be a weird concept to most people that something we would normally physically handle/use day to day like bottles, cups, and even mirrors would have the most dangerous type of glass it's just facts. So for JD's hand not to be cut up with a bunch of tiny shards from a single blow to the hand with a glass bottle isn't far fetched with the evidence that has been presented.

    it is amazing how our court system works, literally placed under oath, asked a question, and you then just don't answer the question and answer in the most convoluted demeanor possible knowing you're deceiving to avoid lying or avoid accountability, an actual joke. Then this judge sitting here oblivious af to it, like i'd say answer the damn question.

      Judge wasn't oblivious....They are meant to play an arbiter role, not as finder of facts, not as verifier of evidence. "Speculating here": Think the judge was giving amber turd's side benefit of doubt to ensure that if the turd decides to file for appeal, she has limited grounds for success.

    I encourage everyone to contact this man's place of work and provide them with this video evidence of perjury and push to have him fired and permanently disgraced.
    "If you print it out, it will change it's hash" No. No it won't, that's not how that works.
    The photos are authentic? Like I didn't see them over layed and clearly edited with my own f*cking eyes. Even the "expert" who already lied on the stand won't go as far to say that they aren't edited.

    • @ZeruelB
      @ZeruelB Před 2 lety +1

      Technically, it could be possible to change the hash. But i don't remember a single program changing the file at all for printing it (like storing a last-printed attribute, who knows?), so it shouldn't happen. Whats most likely to change is the last Access Time, but thats not part of the file and stored inside the filesystem and therefore irrelevant for creating the hash.
      I also just checked: Word indeed does change the file on printing for the mentioned Last Printed field. It seems like its part of their document format so that stores with it. (not heard of that for photos...)

    When Elaine’s orthopedic expert testified, he claimed there’s no way Johnny’s finger was severed by a gallon size vodka jug, and that it appeared to be a “crush injury” okayyy … I agree with that… because the glass gallon jug hit his finger, and his finger was crushed between the hard glass and the hard Bar, so technically speaking he inadvertently supported what Johnny said happened to his finger!

    6:47 You are right, emails don't compress bitmap (image) files: it's for the sender to convert it to a proper format and size, which can itself be a compressed format, like JPG, GIF, etc. More over, an email client doesn't compress text, and it actually encodes (rather than "compress") some file types like images : MIME format. Not to be confused with email encryption (which is _not_ compression).
