Hey, I really enjoyed this video! What editing app did you use?
Hi, Im new to your channel and I love your content. Did you transfer to Cornell through the transfer option (TO)? How easy/hard did you find it making friends/finding your niche in the campus community?
Hey there!
I am also applying to Cornell ILR school as a transfer.
This video was amazing!! I am planning on doing Pre-med at Cornell too, can I ask what classes and stuff you took. Also did you go into uni undecided or did you have what major or minor you wanted to do figured out? If so, can I please know what they were. In conclusion, what courses do you think I should do for Pre-med?
Hello! I just got accepted as class of 2025! I am so excited... I was wondering if there are rules to what you can and can't do when decorating your dorm room, and if so, what those are?
Whats the name of the shelf thing you got and the dimensions if you remember please
how do you meet people as a transfer? :)
Thanks for this!!
Bill Njoroge aww thank you so much for watching!!❤️

I’m looking to transfer! How was the process?
what are some assumptions you have about cornell?? leave them down below (:
I wanna visit u campus looks insane
Jake Sanderson ya you should visit vetboi
That people there are overly stressed, tired, and just trying to graduate instead of enjoying college?? (Please prove me wrong)
🙏🏽
Ace Hardy thanks for watching (:
How has your transition been to rainier / colder weather ?
sdluke hahah it’s been hard it was super cold last week 🥶 but I think i’m slowly getting used to it!!
So i am a freshman in high school lol. A lot of my friends are already looking at colleges and i think i want to go to a school in ny like columbia nyu or cornell but i feel like my family does not think im gonna be able to make it into those colleges...
honestly ima be honest with u girl.. everyone at your age wants to go to amazing schools because at that age and time your options are limitless, but you really have to be realistic. you can definitely get into cornell, nyu, or columbia with hard work but you should also consider having safety schools just in case! columbia is extremelyyyy hard to get into even with the best grades so even if you do your best it all comes down to luck. but go and prove your parents wrong and show them that you got into those schools! i believe in you! if i can do it TRUST ME SO CAN U
you got some cool friends
Me and you would get along so well
who does your eyebrows because they look great! like all the time
this is my favorite comment ever thank you!! my eyebrow lady is in california and I would just do them myself at cornell

how are u liking pre med at Cornell and is it cut throat?
it’s hard but that’s a given! technically i’m only in one premed class rn, gen chem but if anything I feel like the culture here overall and more so in chem is that everyone tries to help each other get through it!!
That white skinny girl is looking fabulous 😘😘💖💖❤️❤️
Hey! I am a prospective student and I have a few questions about Cornell. Many of the people I know who are attending there are scaring me a bit, because while we are excited to go to our dream school, little do we know about the apparent stress in a few weeks. I want to ask, how much time do you spend in class every week? Are there any days you are free? How much walking do you have to do between dorms and your classes?
More importantly, how stressful is Cornell? If you are falling behind, is it easy to get help or catch up? How much homework do you receive? If you already know how to manage your time, are you able to get enough sleep?
Thanks!
hi! this is such a difficult question to answer bc it really depends on your major and the type of person you are. i think at any college, not just cornell, if you are in a difficult major and have to be doing work all the time and/or trying to achieve a high GPA, you can. on the contrary, if you want to take easier general education classes and party weds-sat you can also do that. if you want to be in between those 2 extremes you also can. everyone's schedule is so drastically different from one another and the biggest factor imo for your workload is your major or how much activities/clubs you are in! although ive only been here for one semester I have seen that more often than not, people are doing work/being productive instead of partying. for me personally, I am pre-med with a non-physical science major (sociology) so I have a heavy workload naturally.
originally, I was in 5 classes this semester (most people take around 5) and that was manageable but I was constantly either working or in class and would be able to go out one night on the weekend. I would say most people here including myself are in usually 2-3 classes per day (Mon-Fri) and each class is probably on average 1h 15 min and meets twice a week, with a discussion (meets either 1x or 2x a week) sometimes that is around an hour. It's really hard to ballpark how long each class requires as I think that really depends on the course, credit amount and material. As for classes and work, I there are some that I've maybe put in 10 hours all semester and others where I have spent upwards of 150 hours doing work for (I.e. chemistry). This semester I actually ended up only having class M-Thurs which is rare, most people have Friday class. I used this day and Sat + Sun as my 'free days' to do work, laundry, exercise, go out, hang with friends, etc.
As for the campus, it's pretty spread out. On days where I do not take the bus, I walk around 5 miles. On days when I only take the bus (which is very nice and *usually* reliable), I walk around 1 mile bc my dorm is far from the dining halls.
Like I said earlier, you'll learn at any college that stress is relative. I was constantly stressed for math and chemistry this semester, not so much my sociology, communication or econ classes. help is always available (tutors, office hours, khan academy) but ive found that in college in general (at cornell and at my old college), you end up teaching yourself a lot of material which sucks. I think in most college courses at cornell and otherwise, if you fall behind it is very difficult to catch up but not impossible. If I fell behind in chem for one lecture, making up that information and learning it would be pretty hard, but I would able to do it.
This semester really taught me how to manage my time and make time for sleep. Surprisingly, I've gotten the most sleep here ever since like 6th grade haha. I sleep around 8-9 hours now and in high school I would only sleep 6 bc "i thought I didnt need a lot of sleep." sadly I do know people here that barely sleep, going to bed at like 3 and waking up for an 8:40 AM class, which i've come to realize isn't healthy! sleep is very important!!
I really want to make a whole video on this bc there is soo much more I could say so lmk if you have more questions!! thanks for watching my video and good luck with college decisions! wherever you go, you'll do great (:
i can't believe that you have to pay to do laundry
it’s so wrong
