Does it work with the heavy pallets that have large cubes of wood in the corners, wide planks with narrow gaps between them ? It works really well with the pallet you have there. I have no knowledge of metalwork, but would you consider it an advantage to have interchangeable ends; one for pallets using smaller narrower planks and another for the larger pallets with wider planks.

I have wondered about the ones with the longer forks breaking planks. Does yours still break a lot of boards with the shorter forks. Seems like your design would be a little more efficient for this.
