How to make chisel knife from a high carbon steel with brass and ebony wood handle. A chisel knife is useful woodworking tool. I use a carbide bit to drill holes. Some blacksmithing, a simple forge oven and improvise striking anvil for knife making used in this project. I tried to show the steps how to make this knife tool in the video.

Restoration - Rusty and old Vintage Cleaver, this vintage knife is in good condition, its just rusty with a broken handle, I use a buffalo horn for the handle instead of wood. This kind of knife handle is very good and ideal for a kitchen knife and butchering knife especially in a high moisture environment like kitchen or butcher shop.

Great video lovely restoration. I work at a skip company and the amount of old handtools like this thrown in the skip is heartbreaking to think of the history behind them, i have to bring them home with me.
