    Hi... liked the video.. even would prepare the same.. but could you give mesurement-wise... coz pickles need to be made gram wise.. I being a young cook so... Maka te hatacho hisob kal na... goycho asa.. pan Maka measurements dilyar bare padta.... for this recipe and even for future ones... Also... maka bare disle aai ani chalicho ekatrit video asa... kudos... and would like to see more same videos like this.. but with measurements please..

    Can we use iodised salt instead of rock salt as it is not available in our locality

      You can use iodised salt , but the quantity should be little less than rock salt, or else pickle will be salty. Thanks for watching

      I have used short red chillies( known as ramnad mirsang) and long red chillies( known as kashmiri/byadgi). Adding latter gives nice color to the pickle.
