13:00 Omggg cackling rn, it's not intrusive thoughts but every time I have something to do at a certain time I start talking out loud to myself about random things, even repeating past conversations with myself, and have a thrilling conversation and since I can only focus on one thing I just stand in place and talk and I only recently realize I do this because my brain is stalling!! It's actively making me waste time and then oops, now I don't have enough time to do the thing anymore. So now every time as I catch myself doing it I'm narrating it as it happens (so I know I'm not imagining it) and then it's like "If you know it's happening, why are you still talking?"
So it's just like "I see what you're doing brain, you're distracting me by making me talk" and my brain's like "If you know it's happening, why are you entertaining it?"

The other day I went out to buy some things with my friend who knows a lot of my problems and she went to put a pen away that I said I didn’t want and I rethought about it and I wanted the pen like that special pen and while I was yelling at her to stop she put it up sending me into idk a meltdown breakdown idk the terminology but I was freaking out bad stimming almost crying, shaking saying “no no no no no no” over and over and she got really confused and worried after a minute and I was flipping out and I tried to find where she had put it and I couldn’t and once I explained it to her she went back and got it for me but she was rushing me so once we got to checkout I was staring at the floor trying to calm down and when we were outside heading to the car with her dad I was apologizing so much and idk it was a big deal to me
