Hi, I'm trying to connect the Amp Academy to my Lenovo tablet. I'm using Usb-c to Usb-c (3.1 gen 2) with sync, tried one with 5 Gbps and one with 10 Gbps but the software tells me to "Please connect your device". My Amp Academy is updated with latest firmware. What am I doing wrong?
Just got my Amp Academy the other day, updated the firmware, and played with it on the PC. Now I downloaded the app on my Android phone, but when I hook it up to the pedal, it just says, "Disconnected." Any hints? I had to use a USB to USB-C adapter at the pedal.
Hi @ThePedalGuy - I'm using USB-C to USB-C also, and app is always showing "Disconnected." - any more tips, please? Is there any order to connecting and turning on stuff that needs to be followed??
Thank you for the effort and care you put into these. Got the MG-30, was amazed with everything packed into it including the most functional looper I've found in any of these type of multi-fx -such as the ampero or hx stomp- and now the Amp Academy. Regarding the Amp Academy, I would like to know if there is a way to copy scenes? I.e: copy scene 3 into scene 2. Thanks again!
Hi, great videos. You answered some of my questions. Also it'd great if ya could use a 2 button footswitch to go between amp types and save different scenes for each. Do you mind telling me if you know, can you have different amp settings in scenes, so just change the gain, or can scenes only turn on and off effect blocks? Thanks
I have android but it wont connect to my phone and yes I have updated to the latest software as i have the Deluxe Reverb vintage amp, anyone any ideas?
@@tailsoz9031 Yes I did think to power up the pedal, it just wont connect at all. My phone is running Android 13, I cant think of any reason why it wont connect but it wont, so I can only use it via my laptop which is not that convenient.

Haven't tried that cable. I've used an adapter and there's no problem
