Hi! Do I have to use a special USB C cable to connect it to the PC? When I connect it with the one I have, an error appears that says "check that the cable is connected". Did it happen to anyone else?
hello! my new nux amp academy keeps showing disconnected on the software, idk why's that... also, when playing with an amp, it plays normally for a few seconds and stops showing only a blue led on the pedal and no sound anymore, idk what to do
Parecía ser un buen pedal pero tiene muchas fallas. Cuando cambias de escena se oye un ruido muy fuerte. Instale la actualización que supuestamente quitaba ese error y siguió igual. Esperaba más de el, lastima
if they add delay, phaser, chorus, etc.... it's going to be like a HX Stomp and they would charge you 500$. I am happy with just excellent Amps + IRs, for the rest just use your pedals in front of it !!

Hey I workd it out the firmware updater was the issue I also have Nux duo time which I update 1month back So I used its Updater and then added amp academy bin file worked like a charm.😁😁😁😁😁
February 24 update adds 6 additional amps, IR’s and the ability to lock the knobs.

Mine cuts conection from the pc i tried diferent cables but cuts the conection even when is updating.

Were you able to turn amp simulation off from editor? There might be you could use the unit as a pure IR pedal. Thank you

If I do a factory reset, do i have re-do the firmware update?
A better way to reset the NUX Amp Academy is to press and hold down the SCENE foot-switch while plugging in the power supply(turning the pedal on).
