You need to flush oxygen from the pyrolysis chamber using baking soda and vinegar. This will fill it with carbon dioxide. Also, you need a higher temperature, a wax and carbon ash capture chamber and a burn off valve.

I'll definitely consider flushing out the oxygen with baking soda and vinegar to ensure a carbon dioxide-rich environment. And I'll look into implementing a higher temperature, a wax and carbon ash capture chamber, as well as a burn-off valve for better efficiency. Your expertise is much appreciated!"

@@lmtn I tried it too, with a very smal quantity in a steel paint cilinder, with a copper tube brazed, but I don't made a storage, I just burned it in the outside copper tube. After of did it, opened and I find a slice of a coke. I would like to find a way to produce hydrogen using trash of iron and water and combined with polymer it to produce hydrocarbon complex molecules and put it into a electricity generator combined with the use of the rejected heat (cogeneration) in farms that need to warm more than 34000 chickens or in the dry umidity of soybeans. It's a very potential market completely unexplored here in Brazil, but I don't have money or influence to compose a group of engineers and technical friends to do a complex project like this. I will try some more simplified to burn wood using turbochargers recovery from trash in a configuration of "homemade turbojet engine" in two or three stages of compression and indirect heater regenerative Brayton Cycle. The intercoolers of the first stage can be operated as a heat pump and producing more heat of low temperatures for the chickens or soybeans, and a motor generator unit like the used at the F1 cars to generate energy with the turbocharger.

Hello just wanted to know why you put water in a reactor is it so that the reactor doesn't explode
And if so can you do it with any reactor with high heat because I want to make diesel and gasoline?

    • @lmtn
      @lmtn  Před 8 měsíci +1

Great questions! The water you see in the reactor isn't there to prevent explosions. In this setup, water is often used as a cooling medium to help regulate the temperature inside the reactor. Excess heat can damage the reactor or affect the reaction. By circulating water, it can help dissipate the heat and maintain a more stable operating temperature.
However, the specific use of water in reactors can vary depending on the type and purpose of the reactor. For making diesel and gasoline, a different type of reactor, such as a catalytic cracker or a hydrotreater, is commonly used in the petroleum industry. These reactors use various catalysts and high temperatures to break down hydrocarbons into different products.
If you're interested in a specific type of reactor or have more questions about a particular process, feel free to ask for more detailed information.

This comment suggests the idea of capturing and freezing toxic gases to use them as an additional fuel source. To create a waste oil heater like the one in the video, you'll need several components and some basic tools. Here's a general list of what you'll need:
      **Materials:**
      1. Steel container or tank to hold the waste oil.
      2. A burner assembly, which can be made from various materials, including steel pipe and fittings.
      3. Blower or fan to provide combustion air and regulate the flame.
      4. Fuel supply system for the waste oil.
      5. Heat exchanger, which can be constructed from steel pipes or other heat-resistant materials.
      6. An exhaust pipe to carry away combustion gases.
      7. A support frame or structure to hold the entire system.
      **Tools:**
      1. Welding equipment for assembly (if welding is necessary).
      2. Basic hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers.
      3. Safety gear, including gloves, welding mask, and safety glasses.
Please note that creating a waste oil heater involves working with potentially dangerous materials and high temperatures. It's crucial to prioritize safety and follow any local regulations or safety guidelines related to this type of project. If you're not experienced with welding or working with these materials, consider seeking assistance from someone with the necessary skills and experience. Additionally, ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are in place to avoid risks associated with combustion and exhaust gases.
For more detailed instructions on building a waste oil heater, you can refer to instructional videos and guides available online or consult with experienced DIYers or professionals in the field.
