BRAUNTON returns from a 'Day in The Lakes', Hartford, 18th May 2024

34046 Braunton is seen , briefly, first ready to leave Crewe (as I was passing) and head to Preston. At Preston, she would work the steam leg of The Lakelander railtour, on to Carlisle, round the Combrian coast, and back to Carnforth, where diesel would work back to Nottingham.
Later at night, she is seen returning to Crewe through Hartford.

Great shots which is what you always get on this channel and I just LOVE the Bulleid Pacifics actually saw them on BR at Exeter Central I was small then....
