    Just made these today, and they’re great. I’m not a huge chocolate lover so I think with the next batch I will only dip only the top of the cheesecake into the chocolate rather than the entire cake.

    I make these all the time, I don’t do the chocolate but leave them in the freezer and pop out one when the craving hits. We top with some raspberry reduction

    Going to run to the store for the ingredients today! If I wanted to sweeten the chocolate a little, should I add something liquid, like stevia drops for stevia glycerite? Or do you recommend against trying to sweeten the chocolate?

    You can make your own chocolate with coconut oil and coco powder ... look at no bake chocolate cookies keto and or lookup keto chocolate chips

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  Před 5 měsíci

      Yes, you can. And I am one of the first people who ever created a keto chocolate chip recipe. However... it doesn't not make great coating for things unless you are just putting it on top.

    Can I use coconut oil instead of cocoa butter in the chocolate dip?

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  Před 2 lety +3

      You can but only use 1 tbsp and be forewarned, it will be meltier to the touch. Keep them in the fridge at all times until ready to serve.

    I use the kit hill cream cheese, (dairy free) but is there an alternative for the heavy cream aspect of this?

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  Před 2 lety +1

      Coconut cream is your best bet but I honestly can't say how well it will work.

  • @dizziechef9502
    @dizziechef9502 Před 2 lety

    I pretty odd. I have a sweet taste aversion . I can’t taste sweet things. But, my Son is on Keto and I want to make him some of these for his diet. Do these start to melt immediately when taking them out of the refrigerator. Fat bombs with coconut oil never hold up without refrigeration. They immediately start to melt. I’ll have to mail these.

    • @AllDayIDreamAboutFood
      @AllDayIDreamAboutFood  Před 2 lety

      As long as you use cocoa butter, it's not melty at room temp at all. Mind you, cheesecake is best chilled...
