I made this in my 7 inch springform pan in the instant pot and it came out fantastic. I layered the brownie batter, poured the cheese batter on top and cooked for 30 minutes. Cooled overnight and it was smashingly awesome. Thanks for providing the recipe and inspiration ❣️

I made this yesterday came out great except the brownie layer has a granular texture to it. Instead of Using swerve granular you need to use swerve confectioners to avoid this. Other than that was delicious, but don’t care for the texture of the brownie layer. ❤

We need one of those cheesecake baking pans and a hand mixer and we will start making those. I told my boyfriend if we moved anywhere that doesn't sell cheese cake near us we will make our own! I am not entirely sure. The cheesecake might take longer to set properly, since it makes things a bit softer.
CAN you help w you scones being dry, any suggestions to fix ?? ( maybe cream cheese??)
They don't need anything. They aren't dry when made according to the recipe. So as I mentioned in that comment on the scones, you either over-baked them, or you used too much flour.

@@Laura-dolphinfanl Remember... every oven is different. Yours may run hot. It's also a good idea to weigh the flour, in case you are over-measuring. 2 cups of almond flour should be about 210g. Don't pack it! And don't use the kind of almond flour that's defatted.

So I suspect you mean a monk fruit blend, which is usually mostly erythritol. If so, then yes, it will work.

What sweetener did you use? What brand of cocoa powder and what brand of almond flour?

Text me like you need a little more flour or a little more cocoa powder. Depending on the brand they can be a little thinner.
But you also don’t want to be overly sick. Yoy should be able to spread it in the pan.
All your recipes look wonderful just wish recipes could use more stevia or plain monk fruit without sugar alcohols because they give me tummy issues😒
You can probably use those in this recipe. It won't work for all of them, but this one should be okay. Because it doesn't add any bulk, the bake time may change a little. I don't know how much to use because I don't know which ones you're using but base it of the amount of "sugar" I use here. So if your stevia/monkfruit says 1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 cup sugar, then use 1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 cup Swerve.

Hi Carolyn what great easy recipe! But I found it way too sweet and unfortunately I just don’t like the taste of sweeteners 🙁 what what you recommend if I don’t want to use a sweetener or if I only use a little bit how should I change the proportions of other Ingredients? Thanks I’m advance!!!
Sounds like you will need to experiment. This really isn't overly sweet so I wonder if you used a different sweetener?
