I like the fact that you do the small jobs where so many guys only want the big stuff . Also your explaining everything is a good thing !

You had the crew jumping between two jobs and they always make it look so easy, but I know that is really hard jumping from job to job and you and your crew just get it done.

A friend got a big surprise when the lift company showed up to install his lift the first hole drilled the guy said he couldn’t install it because the floor was blacktop, the older people around town said that it was a beer distributor back in the 50s and that back part was just a parking lot for the trucks he was always on the cheap cheap I thought he was going to cry when he had to have the floor prepped like you are doing

Another interesting video Tom. You never disappoint. Always paying attention to safety, detail, and actually you treat your customers like you want to be treated, a remarkable character these days sir. When i was young man 21 or so, most everyone was pretty much decent living folks, helped one another, over 50 years ago now, the longer i live, i am only 71+, it seems common decency, and common sense has left the building with Elvis:) lol etc.
It is a pleasure, for me, to watch a craftsman do their work, and just like you, leaving the project where most times the home owner can just rake a little to get the landscape in shape. The extra it costs you for your time will always pay off in the long run, the best advertising is word of mouth. People may for get a book you write, or accolades you have accomplished, but people will NEVER forget how you treated them and make them feel.
Your legacy Tom will live on with your boys that you have taught. Spring has sprung.. let the work begin! sry long winded, this coffee is the best LOL ❤💯🙏 Tell the crew i said, your videos are well put together and they flow great> I think it's your wife or daughter helps with that??? Bye [really i am not a troll] :)

Nice porch slab a steps. I don’t know why but it seams the vibration from the concrete busters always seems to work fittings lose 🤷🏻‍♂️ 😂

Wow, at the tire company pit, you scared me when you said they (I thought you meant your crew) hit that corner... but I soon knew better as you continued. On the steps, it's amazing that at 26° just plastic can keep the concrete from freezing. I'm glad y'all are able to knock out smaller projects before the new season hits full speed. It's in the mid to upper 60's here, hitting 70° one day, then Friday, rain, and 45°. I absolutely hate it when it warms early, the buds pop out, then it hard freezes, killing the spring colors. You're opting not to bring the machine to dig out the drain pipe because the crew needs the exercise. I guess that's smart, but being human, we're supposed to work smarter, not harder, right? If time is a factor, won't the machine be quicker? Time is money. Lol, look at me! I forget sometimes that I'm talking to a professional. Sorry. You, of course, know best. Shovel or machine, I will enjoy the video, that I do know!!! Thanks for sharing Tom, see ya tomorrow!👍❤️🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸

Always interesting to see what challenges you run into on each job! I don’t live in your area and needed to have my residential 3-car garage floor replaced last year. From watching and listening to you, I knew what questions to ask the contractors I interviewed. It came out exactly as I wanted it to thanks to what I’ve learned from your work!

Hey Tom.... I watch all your videos and post them on my Facebook Page... Fantastic work you do, and your personality makes them very fun to watch... I wonder if you can start to mention the day of the week and the Date and Time whenever you start at a location. It's fun trying to imagine your weather compared to mine. I live north of Detroit so we tend to have similar weather...Keep up the Great Work!! and as usual, THANKS !! :)

Working inside a confined area takes more concentration. Thats not how you usually operate and you have to stay focused or really do some unintended damage. Nice job Tom. When you explained your process for starting in the middle and pulling everything into the center, thats something i had never thought about. But then again im not a concrete pro either. Good educational video as well. BTW---I'm a Diet Dew guy. Hope you'll throw a can or 2 in the cooler😂😂

On the small porch project with the room underneath, won’t the joints eventually crack (as they are intended to do) and allow water in below even though you will caulk the edges of the porch to prevent water entering?

One mistake you always make, in my opinion only, you pick up a tool and help because of a shortage of help instead of just to teach. You have too many other jobs as boss to spend time as a finisher. Been there, done that and regret it.

I disagree to a point. Helping out or working as Tom often does let's his crew know that he is still one of them. He has their respect. If a guy gets to b e too good or mighty to not help shows me it's just do as I say, not as I do. Just an opinion.
