WTF Presets on an interface, it will save tons of time. Hats off!
This looks great
I'd like to see how you sync external sequencers to your DAW with audiofuse as a clock for very stable reliable clocking - like an erm multiclock.
perfect for me!!!!!!!
I purchased Arturia Audiofuse 16 Rig, worked solid for 3 weeks. Setup was straight forward, learning curve with AudioFuse Control Center wasn't too bad. Then last week it would no longer be recognized by AudioFuse Control Center, did a power cycle and it would not power back up. Attempted to contact Arturia support and the only way to contact them is via email. Sent email and they reply within 2 hrs with generic troubleshooting steps, power cycle, ensure it's connected to a functional power source, etc.. Ask that I send them a video
Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry to read about these inconveniences.
Did you out of curiosity tested the power adapter with a Voltmeter and if not, do you have any to just confirm the voltage currently outputted?
If confirmed as faulty, we should be able to ship a replacement power supply as soon as possible.
-Could you please just also confirm that you always ensure holding the "A" button at least one or two sec (as just pressing it really fast may not allow it to power on)?
-Also, if you look at the back of your unit do you see any Red light coming from the ADAT ports or not at all?
-Finally, if you hold during a few seconds (around 5 sec) the "A" button and then try to open the "AudioFuse Control Center" is it seeing the unit as being currently plugged in or not (and possibly asking for any firmware update)?
If this persists, make sure to provide the following information:
-- Your proof of purchase (Dated invoice / bill):
-- Your full name:
-- Your shipping address:
-- Zip Code:
-- Your phone number:
-- Proof of defect: Video showing the currently observed behavior (and if possible, the outputted voltage or the fact that another power adapter is working fine if you have any compatible one).

Thank you by advance and looking forward to hearing from you!

I send them back everything including the video that describes the problem in detail. I get a reply back saying.
"Usually, technical requests get answered within 48h. However, this could take longer as some of our staff are enjoying the Christmas holidays with their families.
If you haven't received any answer from us yet, please do not send us another one as this may add extra time in processing your request.
Thanks for understanding, and happy holidays!

This email is a service from Arturia Support."
I got this email a week ago. it's currently May 2024. This company must give extended time off for Christmas.
I ended up sending this unit back to return. I would advise not to go with Arturia due to the lack of support that you will get. Investing in a product from a company you can't pick a phone up to call and appears as they don't care about customers.
MONSTER!!! x x x x
Bought one. Can you use the front line level connections as an effects send and return to a stereo effects pedal like a H90?
I really like the monitor stand you are using.
Any info on that?
Are each output from 3 to 10 stereo? That would help a lot to send to various stereo effects.
so, input signal to outboard and back in roundtrip would have - A/D D/A A/D, or allow pre DSP out?
Can i use it with my 8pre?? And how with ADAT ??
Hi. Thanks for the video. Question : Can you link two of these units to create 32 Channels of USB Analog?
You can use an Adat expander, Arturia has the Fuse pre 6 which you can add. It's only about $600!
No spdif?
It's really packing a lot but they did miss that... which prevents me from incorporating my favorite sum mixing solution... I'd also like to know if you can bypass the input preamps... but all the specs and test that I've seen on the actual audio quality is really gonna make other manufactures step it up because this piece is only $1300
Looks like its really good hardware unit, but missing spdif for me is... skip this product
can you stack/lync 2 of these together to get 32 channels?
What is the DSP for? Does it power the Plugins?
So damn close... All it needs is the ability to change those inputs/outputs to instrument level for stereo effects loops and be able to manipulate them in series/parellel in the electronic patch bay...
It sounds great but can you bypass the preamps on the inputs?
There's only 2 preamps on 2 of the inputs. The rest are just standard that you could plug into. Thats 14 ins with no preamp.
Looks versatile and I love the visual feedback from the front interface, however, I found out the drivers don't currently support 5.1 and 7.1 surround in Windows WDM like Focusrite does.
There are many things that other interfaces do that 16RIG doesn’t but the opposite is also true. Just learn to pick what’s best suited for you.
Ugh. I just added extra pres to my 8pre. Could’ve used this a month ago. Well, next year’s big purchase/studio upgrade…..
Got this today. Haven’t hooked it up with a computer yet. I connected a sound source to the 1-2 and 3-4 inputs on the back, but I haven’t been able to get any audio out signal yet. Trying to use it Standalone. I’ve been at it for nearly an hour. WTH am I missing? I can see the input signal but no output signal. Not even to headphones..Evidently I’m overlooking something. Do you have any idea what’s going on here?
I ran into the same problem today. Did you figure this out?
@@manuanilkumar8490 I ended up returning it. It turned out not being what I was searching for at that time. Good luck with it though…😎
Maybe it’s a French thing, but generally back button icons point to the left, like your web browser, not to the right 🤔
I hope to God your routing matrix is easier and clearer to use than Antelopes. That damn thing sucked. Congrats!
I bought this interface and my 16rig is defective. It took you almost 3 months to understand the issue and finally decide my unit was defective. Now you want to repair it so I'll be without an interface for a month more than likely...when I initially emailed you, it was still within the return window, and I had hoped it could be fixed with firmware.
Really disappointing customer service experience from you.
Good lord where is the quick get up and running video?
I’m a musician not an engineer; why does all this have to be so complicated?
Is this an audio interface? Whats with all the midi features?
I just want to hook up my mpc 3000 or sp1200 to the interface and record in pro tools. I’m not interested in all this other stuff
Very nice! One question though. Are you selling an audio interface or are you selling soap and mops? Why do you have commercials when you’re trying to sell YOUR product? If YT forces this on your videos you need to ask them to stop.
Given how shitty arturia’s smaller audiofuse is, I have no trust in there ability to make a proper 16in interface
Please!!!!!! Don’t listen to to any of these guy talking about the best interface or mastering and how to get better vocals it’s all for content!!!! You can copy someone and say your a producer you have to find your own way make mistakes and learn from them hands on is the best way to become the best not these videos!
