I'm enjoying the UC1, really improves speed and workflow more than any plugin does. My only gripe is that I wish I could map an EQ and a compressor to the same 360 Link plugin, instead of needing to scroll through the different plugins that aren't labeled.

Hey Mitch, great new home studio. Would love to see another walkthrough of this space. One big question, what is the desk you are using? And what is the holder for the SSL pieces (UF8, UF1 and UC1)?

Thanks for watching! The desk was made for me by RAB Audio - I really like their furniture. The stand for the SSL controllers is made by MixTable, I ordered it directly from them. And yes (don’t tell anyone since it isn’t out yet) there will be a tour of my studio coming very soon!

Are they going to bring out a AVID S1/Dock level of daw controller next?... is this there next move?... A way to the main console no matter the weather?.. and then on... to remain a staple of a big studio... or, something hybrid?... you notice when things start getting mentioned by a few people at once and the theme it's within... this video the controllers

This can be mapped with for example axiom midi board or any other similar midi capable device? I actually thought this was already available to do, I’m confused. I mean, making presets midi mapping is old, some engineers was learning abc’s when this was available with midi and plugins.

I'm using a touch screen monitor with the ssl360 overlay. It works brilliantly giving me hands on control over the channel strips. I don't need the hardware controllers
