Something to note, the ability to tell the ATEM Control software what blackmagic camera is plugged in is really only if it isn't picked up automatically. On the extreme pro ISO it generally isn't recommended to use its onboard audio inputs as they're not the greatest (assuming you've a separate system just running obs and streaming exclusively running separate audio out of your mixer)
Good tip on the camera selection! And yeah, the audio ports aren't amazing, but also then you lose the ability to stream from the device, so pros and cons
@@budget-church-livestreaming personally I'd consider it a net pro, in the pro world you'd have some level of redundancy to the system.
Generally I'd recommend having a seperate system to stream to insdead of directly from the atem (the atem can also be directly controlled via usb, seen as a webcam in obs)
@@AnotherOtherMan-alive yeah for sure! But for a church just getting started, which is a lot of who's watching these videos, streaming from an ATEM Mini is perfect. I agree more redundancy can be great in a more professional environment though!
