Tim reminds me of that cool Uncle you only ever saw at Birthdays or Christmas, but always had cool stories and was the most interesting person in your family.
3:29 I love those metal puzzles. I can usually solve them in a few minutes, but they're really fun to play with. Some can be quite hard and take a day or so to solve.
And now I'm stuck in the rabbit hole of binge watching puzzle videos for the second time this month. I love seeing all of Tim's old really unique stuff and him explaining the origins of where the puzzle came from. I like Tim because he shows you so many interesting, unique, and rare puzzles but not how to solve them. Where as a channel like Mr. Puzzle, who I also love to watch, shows you how certain puzzles are solved or how/why they work the way they do. If you're into puzzles, the history of them, or the science/math/physics behind them, Tim and Mr. Puzzle are my 2 favorites that I've come across so far.
Lovely collection! I've been watching your videos since last night (oops!) and I can't seem to stop. Your curiosity and love for puzzles (and puzzling items) is admirable.
There’s a puzzle or gimmick toy we made in a construction class. It’s a not quite pyramid top attached to a wooden dowel in a rectangular block. You twist-flick the top as you let the dowel retreat into the block. The toy can be used with or without an elastic band.
1 mil subs? Man you deserve more. For the fact that you show us toy's you've collected throughout your life and for the stories of how you aquired them. I find it very interesting especially when you explain the toys. I hope others can enjoy your channel the way i do. And if not... it's all good. But thank you for sharing these with us tim 😊
I have the twin M's and thats how i got here to look for new puzzles to try for some fun in spare time, can i say the twins are really easy so im looking for a slightly more challenging metal puzzle like them
"So we'll have to work on this for some time I think.. I think it's making us a little bit thirsty.. Don't think there's any fun with this now.. Time for a drink I think.. Don't you think?" LOL so many thinks in there Tim!
I've seen a same style of puzzle that was two horse shoes chained together at the ends with a metal ring around the two chains and the idea was to find a way to get the ring off of the two chains. (Pardon my horrible explanation.)
love how it always ends with Tim having a little laugh at the end
Heh
Tim reminds me of that cool Uncle you only ever saw at Birthdays or Christmas, but always had cool stories and was the most interesting person in your family.

Definitely the best channel for kids on CZcams. It's entertaining for all ages, in fact. He's almost like a British Mr. Rogers
These videos are just fantastic. Your personality/voice put a good atmosphere of joy and weird sense of learning in these videos. Keep it up :D

I've seen that polar bear puzzle before; I believe it was at a psychiatrist's when I was a child. I'm fairly certain I solved it, too.
Who else wants to see a mini series of him solving the puzzles? 🤔🤔
How many Mike Mozart fans came here after he disappeared?

I wonder how many of those disassembly logic puzzles I'll have to do as a topology major. xD
This guy needs a visit from Mr. Puzzle. I think they would have a lot of fun finding out the puzzles Tim couldn't figure out alone.

The answer for the candy puzzle is 8. For 77, you multiply 7 by 7, which gives you 49, and multiplying these gives you 36, and so on.
1:32 Steve Harvey is from New Zealand!? I thought he was from West Virginia!
Haha, I was thinking the same thing.
ThoughtDot Where ever he's from, he's still a massive douche bag.
It's not the same Steve Harvey.
