Here are some puzzles from Tim's collection that he loves sharing with other people. He has not solved them all, but they all have a bit of a wow factor.

The apple and arrow...I have the life sized version, made in Church Brampton, England.Bought 20 years ago and its a real talking peice. The man that made it, told me the way he makes them is that the apple is made from any hardwood, the arrow is any softwood, that is then soaked for weeks/a couple of months until it becomes malible. It is then squeezed and pushed through the hole, made in the hardwood apple, allowed to dry and then carved.2 solid peices. it still fascinates me :)
Genius....from alternate times....6..5..4....but I'm afraid Mr. Tim that would "expands" when wet and "shrinks" when drying....so they "apple/arrow" is carved from a single piece of wood with unbelievable levels of patience and skill....look closely at the "grain" of both pieces...probably why both are not stained...the "grain" direction would(pun intended) pop out immediately and give it away ...seen this before in other forms.....peace
Tim got really close to start swearing at the magnet die there "Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh...really close now" It's okay Tim, you can call it a bitch. We still love you.
Would you guys ever consider taking toys in from viewers? I've got a box of trinkets and bobbles that I want to send your way but I won't if it's an inconvenience. Edit: Also, hi Tim!
I can imagine the guys behind the camera panic every time he starts taking a while on a puzzle like he did with the first one. "Is he going to do it?" "I don't know, but this video can't go on forever!"
I'm trying to find out more about that type of magnetic puzzle box, but I'm struggling to find any information about them through searches. Does anyone know if they go by a particular name? Thanks!
Come on, Tim, throw us a bone! Half way through one of your next videos, just calmly take a glass and that pitcher, pour some water into the glass and say "water from the Nile". Then just go back to what you were doing.
DuneDemon8 is right. There are quite a few trinkets like this, which can be all cut from one piece of wood. I think it would be a better trick if the arrow was longer so you could inspect the entire length of it and see that it is solid, not glued together.
I'd have thought that particular arrow is two pieces because it doesn't show the shaft. If you made it out of one piece it would seem counter-productive to paint the apple. Plus the point seems to have thin blades which could screw in easily with the soaking method.
I love when he puts a toy do down and searches the table for the next one

Legend has it that Tim's life can't run out until he has solved every puzzle he has collected.
So he goes on and on, collecting. Never solving.
Right. He’s like the highlander or whatever
if you make a puzzle that he can’t solve, do you gain his lifeforce?
Tim likes puzzles because they're fun to look at.
What a pure human being

Excellent episode, I especially liked the minotaur.

I really like the idea of that gear puzzle! Never seen one like that.

Which magnet dice?
The first puzzle is a die with a metal inside, with Tim "cheating" by using a magnet to solve it. Hence magnet die.
Actually, it's a magnet die. Dice is plural. Just saying.
Oh, I see, thanks
On a side note, Magnet Die would be a great metal band name
Probably one of the most hardest puzzles ever is trying to untangle headphones
Tim has remarkably steady hands for his age. Then again, he's still a kid at heart, so maybe that figures into that.
He still manages to either drop something or throw it across the table in 99% of his videos though haha
Thanks for the video.

The Apple one, you can also take a wooden arrow, cut it in half, drop of superglue, and no one will see the seam.
Idk why to me this is relaxing btw nice vid tim 😁

I had one of those spider leg puzzles as a child. Was absolutely impossible to do.
Great videoTim. but Tim... that is not a spider...
the apple one is easy, the wooden arrow is cut in the middle and glued when pushed into the apple at either side.
The apple and arrow. The arrow is cut In half and carefully glued together inside the apple. Making it look like one piece.

Apple - or he carved it all from a single piece of wood?
The arrow can wiggle, so doubt...
If he drilled a small hole and then put trough a saw wire and made a cut all around. I saw people do that.
It's what Tim said. Steaming and compressing
