Great video as per usual. I don't understand how you haven't blown up yet, but in time it will come. Just keep uploading at this level of quality. The Lore & Order series is one of my favorite series on YT.
Its amazing how they've meshed the lore with history so well. If you dont know these historical figures, you'll wonder who's real and who isn't. Nice job, red barrels. Nice job for real.
Great job at explaining the documents and endings. Outlast trials is such a masterpiece so far.
In outlast lore it was explained the reason for mount massives shutting down was due to 3 employees being killed by an unknown patient and so what would actually be able to get away with a murder well defenitly a walrider if 0877 is simon peacock and has made a lateral ascension then its possible he killed those employess after becoming a rough draft prototype of the walrider even though an outlast coukd have taken place at mount massive before its just that it was a huge cover up by murkoff from the pubkic to make it seem like it wasnt that bad and it would make sense considering simon peacock acts as if hes witness murkoffs horrors before and how he would have escaped captivity not to mention he also has the same goals as the other walrider to which is taking down murkoff . And seeing how there really isnt any of the armed gaurds in mount massive lab in the trials ending it would also make sense why the next time in the first game murkoff this time has alot of highly armed security gaurdes with armour like this time to have a better chance at stopping the walrider if he got loose.

Great video! Was thinking since the walrider is a physical object, nano machines or whatever. What if the tumors are proto walrider? Maybe that’s why wernicke was happy about it. The birth of a god. All the torment slowing being created within the people that’ll burst out eventually and be controlled by Billy.
I waited until I could play the game on console before I caught up to the story, and it was so worth it. Thanks for these videos and really helping break down the lore and story of this series!

Seing the way you love fledged out Lore really makes me think you should cover stalker. The way the first charackter fits with every thing that defines the games main events is amazing and i would love if you would cover it just like you did cyberpunk!

It's Death Stranding. It will be awesome if we get the lore behind the whole game as it's very twisted and complicated just like COD BlackOps3. It will be lovely to see how the game actually ends. I don't mind the spoilers just want to know what the story is all about. Thanks

Something I've never really understood is what in the actual fuck is Murkoff trying to achieve with this shit? War crimes and getting government money aside, what is the point of the Walrider and the Sinyala shit?
We don't know the exact purpose behind the creation of the Walrider, but it certainly has utility as a weapon of war. The Sinayala facility was just good old brain washing stuff, and brainwashing is *very* useful to governments.

I thought it was obvious for the walrider being a super soldier for the government. Trials are to make sleeper agents and use them as fallguys for numerous assassinations, sabatoges, ect.

That's why I love this game. whole story is like an iceberg. It has a scary past. It feels like watching a Nat Geo documentary. Dark experiments of history.
It's also very nostalgic to see Wernicke back in Trials.

This makes me wonder what would miles and waylon and blake think if they saw the reagents or the first test subjects and we still haven't seen the blind dreamers so makes me wonder if we get to see them in outlast 3. I hope we play as blake langermann is the protagonist and he tries to escape from the facility he was taken to.

I really don’t know if this was a glitch or not but I play on the Xbox series x and when I got released for the first time I got the early access ending with the phone and not the new 1.0 ending has anyone else gotten this?

Really wish we got a 3rd game instead of this. What would've been great in my opinion, would get a proper single player story and have Trials bundled in as a multiplayer component but this is what we got. Honestly Outlast 2 kind of disappointed me so I was hoping for a stronger follow up to that game, but this is what Red Barrels gave us after how many years of waiting.
Nah I’m happy with what we got. I’m having a great time with Trials and I’m loving learning the dark history of Murkoff.
No outlast 2 was great without outlast 2 there would not have been knowledge of sinyala facility and the events that take place in trials are at this place only.We came to know papa knoth was a reagent and how the bright light was caused and it's affecting the reagents.In the end the reagent earns his/her freedom but after the white light goes off we see the reagent never got freed instead got brainwashed and either succeed or died by the trigger words spider ,eye,lamb from outlast 2.Thank you for this review.

This game gave me Whistleblower vibes and I think it’s far superior than Outlast 2. Live service doesn’t bother me as much it only means they’ll come out with more levels and gameplay later on. Fans are never satisfied smh

Man, been playing this game. It's really hilarious and not scary at all. That's inherent with coop, but this game honestly ruins the outlast series. All the intense imagery in the first two games is now just exploited edgy nonsense. It's so disappointing. Outlast: zoomer edition edit: zoomers got mad 😂

Red Barels made so smart moves but at this point road maps is not good. They need to add more new maps and new stuffs. They need to add more couple new boss to more fun for outlast trials. While they are adding stuff, they should release with same graphic and mechanics new outlast story game which is outlast 3. They just need to make new story and new maps. They can use same assets engine and mechanics. If they release end of the year or beginning of the 2025 they can make huge money and improve their brand. But if they do same as old ones I mean 2013 outlast and second game was released 2017 between them 4 year. Since 2017 to 2023 6 years and people mostly forgot wtf happend. If they want to sell huge and try to make brand Alive they have to release end of the year or beginning of the 2025. Then after 2 years later with new one. You can make outlast 3 and 4 with part 1-2 that would be ok. And you can finish there story. I think they should do something like that otherwise trials can’t go more than 1 year because live streams need so much money and need attention to keep it alive. I hope we can see more new story games and see where it goes.
I don’t think you understand the amount of work that goes into making a game like Outlast. Red Barrels are still a relatively small studio and would still be classed as an indie dev. They’re unique games, built from the ground up. Red Barrels aren’t Ubisoft, who basically reskin games and release them every few months. Outlast 3 is gonna come, but people need to stop being so impatient.

It’s not about impatient, first game released when I was high school, this game released when I m married. I understand very hard job very small amount but between games so many years. So I think they should release next one, next year at least that would be really improve their income and brand. I m just a normal guy I m really addicted to games I m just telling what other companies do and see the results. I m just telling my ideas of course they know better than anyone their work that right ? :D I just want them better because I really love team and they work since 2013. Today most of indie horror games exist because of kind of outlast games so this game kind a one of the first as I know. It's a great game, it's just such a shame that there seems to be new bugs and glitches introduced every single time me and my friend plays the game, to the point where we've on multiple occasions have closed our games in frustration.
