Just like with all games like this, i wish we had more than just the basic forms of powers seen in the game. Especially like infamous second son and all other story driven games like this. Superpowers are awesome. Let me feel like a god, whether it be a sandbox game or a game like this❤❤❤

I believe the whole game represents an investigation into the memories of Taylor and what caused his psychosis that led to the death of Kruger. Corvus is real and manipulated Taylor into fighting his way to Zurich but he purged Corvus through the help of the unknown soldier being shown that Corvus and DNI is bad.

I watch all your Amnesia videos everyday when eating dinner! Even my wife, who knows nothing about games, likes it too. Bunker is my favourite games, closely followed by Dark Decent.

4 and 5s story and dialogue was so cringe

As someone who has actually read Lovecraft's stories I can say that a surprisingly large amount of them do not end with the protagonist going mad. Just of the top of my head: The Shunned House, The Thing on the Doorstep, The Dunwich Horror, The Whisper in the Darkness, The Cats of Ulathar, The Case of Charles Dexter Ward, The Colour out of Space, The Terrible Old Man, At the Mountains of Madness, Pickman's Model, The Horror at Red Hook, and the whole Dream Cycle.

This game just doesn't have any of the creep factor of the original lovecraft stories. Dark Corners is way more accurate in story and atmosphere, in my opinion.

I have a feeling there are several plot lines that were supposed to be in the game and shed more light on what's going on, but for whatever reason were severely cut out from the final game and only some shadows of those storylines remain. For example, Perosi. If you read her letter and her patient's record, she was the one who managed to escape the previous iteration of the Cult of Mother in Derceto (The Astarte artists' colony) and somehow shifted about 15 years into the future to the current time Derceto. She also seems to know where the previous inhabitants of Derceto disappeared or she might be even the main reason why they disappeared in the first place (they seem to be locked somewhere, presumably in one of the "worlds" that the medallion creates and transfers to). She also wants to finish the Derceto cursed influence and cult once and for all and if you read one of the entries in Jeremy's diary, although it wasn't Perosi who gave him the medallion, it was she who helped him start travelling between worlds using it. Seems like she knew a lot of what's going on and wanted to use Jeremy's abilities and his pact with the Dark Man to help her destroy the cult, at least that was my impression. So all in all it seems like initially she should have had a bigger part in the story. I also suspect the writer Cassandra Beauregard's story might have been cut out completely from the game. Interestingly, if you stray from the path a bit towards the end of Chapter 2 in the Cemetery, you can find her dead body covered in blood, lying on the floor of one of the crypts. What was that all about and what about the unfinished cryptic page in the typewriter in her room where it's hinted at some understanding and control of the happenings in Derceto? There could have been something which didn't make it to the final game.

Great video! But do let me provide a bit more info on Vault 106, since there’s some more to it. For starters, Vault 106 was first mentioned in the Fallout Bible 0, though at the time it was only said that "Psychoactive drugs were released into the air filtration system 10 days after the Door was sealed." There's some additional info we can get from the enemies inside the vault... with the contract killer and law bringer perks. In short, contract killer makes good human NPCs drop ears upon death, while law bringer will make evil human NPCs drop fingers upon death. This means that we can learn if a character is supposed to be evil or good from this, and the result sin Vault 106 are... interesting to say the least. Insane survivors will all drop ears, suggesting that they are good people that went insane. The "survivor" at the end of the vault however, will drop a finger, indicating that he is the only evil character populating the vault. For starters, this survivor is wearing one of the few vault tec lab coats in the game, making hims stand out not just form the rest of the survivor in the vault, but overall. The fact that he isn't labeled as "insane" also points towards him not being affected by the drugs in the vault... which should only be possible with the knowledge that the staff running the experiment had about the safe areas in the vault, not to mention the ability to regulate the pumping of the drugs in the air system as needed. In other words, I strongly suspect this guy is continuing to run Vault 106's experiment 200 years after the greta war, attracting wastelanders as you suggest, which seems confirmed by the contents of some lockers by the entrance of the vault, with lots of gear you wouldn't expect to see in a locked vault. On a different note, another character wearing a vault tec lab coat is the "surgeon" found in the Red Racer factory, who is also conducting experiments... though on feral ghouls and super mutants. To everyone's surprise, he has actually been successful at controlling both kinds of creatures, with the super mutants even giving him information on the existence of Behemoths, which according to his logs, the surgeon now wants too capture one to also experiment with it and potentially control it, a prospect that sounds possible given that he can even control feral ghouls. Anyway, his connection with vault-tec is unexplained: the lab coat suggest he could have come from a vault, or at least been to one (vault 92's door has been left open, so there do is the possibility he got it from there, though the place is also bobby trapped and full of mirelurks by the time FO3 takes place). Still, can't help but wonder if there's a deeper connection between the surgeon and the vault 106 survivor.

Just to put it out there. When Abby and Lev enter Cassendra theater. If you stay in the room with the radio. You will hear a conversation from a wolf on the island trying to call for backup. Wolf from section two says, "Please repeat!" Wolf on island says "Issac is fucken dead! Where hell is the backup? We are getting slaughtered out here." This is the confirmation that Issac died when Yara shot him. If you don't hang out in that room long enough it's easy to miss.

What i don't understand about Vault 112's failsafe is that why doesn't it also kill Braun? Didn't he say it'd put an end to everyone's life including his? How is he still alive?

I often think about how pointless all of vault tec and the enclaves' objectives were. They did all this shit, knowing damn well they weren't going to survive to see any of it, lol. The Vault tec leaders that dropped the bombs on America, that shit was pointless because they died too. The people who ran the shadow government died, too , so everything they did leading up to the nukes was pointless. All these people with their plans died, lol. Who the fuck was left to even study the experiments 😂😂
