Chad Daybell is on trial for allegedly killing two children and his own wife in order to be with his new lover, Lori Vallow. Vallow has since been convicted for her participation in the deaths of her own kids, Tylee and JJ. Now prosecutors are going after Chad, who they believe killed the children and buried them on his Idaho property. I think she’s lower on empathy like her dad (who has NONE) but that doesn’t mean she participated or knew. It just means she’s a product of her psychopathic father. She spent time alone with her father before he was placed in that car. Chad could have told her that there was a misunderstanding taking place- mentally preparing her for what was about to happen. I’ll tell you one thing psychopaths and Narcissists DONT do- they don’t share their incriminating or immoral secrets unless they have no choice. They are lairs and cons with EVERYONE. Yes even with their loyal kids. Why would Chad tell her the truth? What does he gain from that considering he doesn’t have a conscience? Why take the chance of losing your cult members (children)? Because there’s this very very real thing called denial, and also delusion. Denial is a self defense mechanism to protect the human psyche from information it cannot handle. Delusion is believing in X, when all evidence points to Y. At the time during the grand jury’s deliberations (I think is when I heard it) one of the lawyers involved said something to the effect of Chad being somewhat of a “dim bulb”. I thought it was hilarious and fitting.
As far as getting married you left out the part that they bought their rings and wedding attire prior to Tammy’s passing. That needed to be included in this argument.
He never predicted Lori would spend the rest of her life in prison or that he would be on trial for murder though.

The absence of DNA does not exclude -how and where was Tyler dismembered ? How is it they didn’t find Alex’s DNA on JJ? No one has determined place of death for either children.

The fact that zulemma wasn’t the one to find dead Alex and all the details of his death tell me that Z did it, and Chad put her up to it.
It's possible, but I think he unalived himself, perhaps the ONE true thing Lori has said thus far. According to Zulema, Alex was starting to wake up to what C&L were up to, and that he was their fall guy. He told her about some details and where money was hidden should something happen to him. Also he went to Mexico the day before he died, to pick up "medicine". Either they talked him into doing it, or he took the cowards way out all on his own, I find the natural death report very hard to believe.

As someone who grew up very active in the Mormon church until I was 22 and stopped going (10 years ago), the crap I’ve heard Chad and Laurie saying in recordings, interviews, and portions of his books, I had NEVER heard any of this stuff at church or in the scriptures.
If your going to talk about this you need a guest who has watched the trial. No one could bury anyone on Chad's land without him knowing. They showed pictures looking out the windows directly to the Graves from his house.

If Chad didn’t have anything to do with his wife’s death then why all of the text messages between him and Alex from 10:00pm until midnight on the night she died plus Alex phone was pinging at the Salem church down the road from Chads house.
The fact that alex actually worded to zulema his wife, i think chad and lori want me to take the fall for all of this, says to me that he was not the only one who participated in the murders.

We all thought OJ was guilty and he got away with it. There’s always the possibility of a mistrial or not guilty.
Don’t be so quick to assume that. Casey Anthony went free ONKY because the death penalty was in the table and the jury thought she was most likely guilty but didn’t wanna send her to death row on a “probably”. And they weren’t given a choice to send her to prison for life so they let her go free instead. Jodi arias also was found guilty for butchering her BF and yet the jury decided not to give her the DP. So this isn’t over till it’s over.
Actually I think a jury is much less likely to vote guilty when the death penalty is involved.

In that conversation with Lori, when law enforcement was searching his property, his demeanor said a lot. HE KNEW it was like playing the "hot and cold" game when they were there...they were getting closer and closer and that is the reason he was seating in his car watching them and he attempted to flee.
Chad was the one that said they were dark. He wanted rid of them, along with Lori. They are laughing about it. Evil.

Even with the professor's defense theories, there's no way the jury would overlook so much evidence. The idea that "well, sometimes people are weird" could make up for a clear pattern of behavior is impossible.
Chad was home making sure his family was busy with something that kept them from going outside.

I’m f you stitch together the location of the accused, communication between the defendants which are facts in evidence , opportunity, these types of conversations , the evidence found in HI -circumstantially sufficient.
How did he get away without doing an autopsy - it was an unattended death?
My understanding is that the county did not have a coroner on staff anyway so it was easiest for everyone. They would’ve had to send her to the State Coroner.
How would they burn Tylee's body and nobody smelled it? Seems like it would stink for a long time. That's a very pungent, unique odor, you'd think the house would stink for a while. Wouldn't Tammy smell it when she came home from work?

From what I gather, he lived in a large corner lot with no other houses close on at least 2 sides. Also Chad was searching wind directions for that day. Idk how far that smell would travel, but it sounds like the wind pushed the smoke away from neighboring houses

There was a mistake with filings or something in Lori's trial cos they wanted to hit her with the DP too
In the case of Lori, Judge Steven Boyce ruled in favor of a motion to dismiss from the defence:
"The court concludes here that as an appropriate discovery sanction, the state will be precluded from seeking the death penalty at trial, and the state's May 2, 2022, notice of intent to seek the death penalty will be stricken."
The judge added;
