  • Christopher Gregor, 31, is on trial for the murder of his 6-year-old son, Corey Micciolo, on April 2, 2021. Gregor's defense has argued that he is innocent and has cast blame on Corey's mother for his death. During the second week of Gregor's trial, a nurse who cared for Corey in the hospital testified along with an Ocean County sheriff's detective, a child abuse hotline screener and a forensic pathologist. Gregor's parents also testified in a hearing where the jury wasn't present. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy goes through the biggest moments in the testimony from the week in this episode of Crime Fix - a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.

Yes…..and upon finding out he was his father he and his parents set out to take Corey away from the mom because Chris did not want to be paying that child support that he would end up paying…..it was about the money…it was all about that and they didnt care about how Corey felt or the mom. I actually had this same thing happen to me with my ex and his parents….but they weren’t abusive to my son….but it was about the money to them…and the part about taking a child from his mom never entered their minds……and my ex was a sailor so was only around about four months a year thats why his parents tryed to get full custody….as they are in their mid seventies 🙄🤦‍♀️just unbelievable and they lie and make up stories to accomplish this stuff…..these people thought they were better than Coreys mom….well they were not…they were below her and the dad not wanting to even watch the treadmill video is unreal….talk about sticking your damn head in the sand…wow.

Perhaps C. Gregor was unaware of his cruelty to his son. He OVER REACTED, was angry...resents the boys presence. More took place than what was seen on the treadmill video. @@bugsy2902I think Breeanna's mother was the brown haired lady sitting behind Chris because she was also crying at those moments when the defense was attacking her.
Do you mean to tell us that Mr. Retired New Jersey State Law Enforcement Officer would not even help pay for his grandchild's funeral and sit there crying because his son the murderer couldn't possibly be a criminal with assault charges in multiple states and se...ally assaults two young women?
You mean to tell us that Mr. Retired New Jersey State Law Enforcement Officer won't even respect the law that his son broke in every way? Well, no wonder Chris has issues if Mr. Big Shot Law Enforcement Officer Gregor never holds him accountable. That is shameful.

@@GingerNinja1 I come from a totally different world than the Gregors. I was taught that a person has two sides of family and whenever something happened to a person, both sides took part in it.
Even if it were a relative on the other side of the family, both sides were welcomed no matter how distant. They went to weddings, funerals, baby showers, whatever the event. That is why I just can't fathom that this couple would not even acknowledge Breeanna as the mother and be kind to her because first, the child was hers. They should have paid and gone to the memorial.
Now it just makes them look like rich snobs who think they are better than Breanna and her family. But here is the thing they will never take away, Corey loved his mother and Corey is the one who knows the sound of her heart.
