The Judge and DCPP worker NEED TO BE CHARGED. They gave and KEPT a child with a CONVICTED VIOLENT CRIMINAL WITH A LENGTHY HISTORY.
Corey's Mother sent over 100 photos, and a request for Corey's protective custody with her. It was denied.

I think Defendant's father + mother has pulled strings to try to keep him out of jail, won't face up to what he is - makes you wonder what sort of cop he was. Defendant's lawyer can shout, bully as much as he wants - he is going down. From what the Me said, Corey death was a homicide caused by blunt force Trauma to the abdomen and chest and he narrowed the time frame between 9 am - 1pm when the blunt force trauma took place. This is the day after mom took Corey to be checked out form the bruises he got from the treadmill incident 12 days prior to the day of his death. She returned Corey to his father at 9 am Corey had bruises but he was alive and alert when mom dropped him off. So no it wasn’t bad food he was beat to death and a punch to the abdomen and chest would cause all the symptoms Corey had 😢

Also when Chris was texting/sxting potential dates. All of this was WHILE Corey was dying. That's why the prosecutors opening statement was to pay attention to what Chris was doing while Corey was dying... he was ordering and eating McDonald's, he was texting potential dates, he was taking selfies with his dying son so he could send the picture to his "date" showing what a sleepy (dying) son was doing. 😢fcking heartbreaking 💔!

I think in addition to the treadmill abuse there was probably football and bicycle abuse. Remember that Christopher said he played football with his son and took him bicycle riding. So I guess they don't have any evidence for abuse on these two so that is why it is not coming up in court. But don't you think that if Christopher was playing football with his son that he threw the ball as hard as he could at Corey's chest, repeatedly? Remember Corey's heart was torn on the inside. Can you imagine the damage he could have done to his son with a football? I seriously think there was football abuse just as bad as the treadmill.

Even when his father testified about the short time that Corey and his son lived with them, he was asked what kind of things they did together. It sounded like his first priority was hounding the boy about his homework and school work and perfection perfection perfection. The other thing I found odd was he said he would meet him at the bus stop "with maybe a piece of sporting equipment in my hand" or similar. Meeting him with a piece of sporting equipment??!!! When my kids got off the bus, we'd hold hands and walk home as they told me what fun and exciting things they did at school! I'd ask them about their day, about any new friends they made and whatever else they were excited about! I'd make them a snack, let them have some play time to unwind from their long days, then we'd look together at what homework assignments they had. I don't ever recall waiting with anything in my hands for them to come home! It just seems like this little boy was expected to jump through hoops to please his biological "dad" and his family, as well. So much pressure for one tiny little boy. Heart breaking.

I’m having a hard time understanding why the defendant left the hospital and state after his 6 y/o son died. Most parents would not leave a dying child’s side. Extended family would be called in to support and grieve the child.

I agree, that's exactly what a loving family would do. But, I don't think Chris or his family are normal or loving, they're monsters.

My deepest condolences. Some are blaming child abuse on covid. I thought covid was over. Taking care of a child is a big responsibility by yourself but still no excuse. This is going too far.

The treadmill abuse happened in March 2021 and Corey died on April 2nd so covid 19 wasn’t entirely over yet. But I don’t get it who would blame this on covid? that’s ridiculous.

What was he doing to Corey in Covid? Now that's an awful thought.

Just think the treadmill incident wasn’t even what killed the little boy, god only knows what he actually did to kill him. This guy is a monster

Did you see his face when they said there was a dog in the residence when they got there that was secured by animal control? He looks sadder than he did when his own son was dying. Wow.

I bet the monster was one of those types of kids that yells at his parents that he wants donuts to eat instead of real food. AND pulled fits if he didnt get his way. I bet his parents went threw hell being his parents.

I wish CPS and Judge were called as a witness I'd love to hear their account and reasoning for allowing this monster to have custody of such a precious young child. RIP beautiful Corey

Christopher Gregor, looked down in a sad way when the Sargent spoke about “his” “dog”………Not for Corey. No sad face from Daddy Danger for his own child. I am really impressed that Miccolo has proven her strength as a person ( getting of drugs ). Wanting her child back she changed her life for Corey. Made herself 2nd to Corey~ He Will Always Be Her #1 Boy! RIP COREY, LIFE SENTANCE FOR CHUBBY PHYCHO DAD, MICCIOLO- HEALING GOD’S COMFORT AND I PRAY FOR THE COMMUNITY TO STAND WITH HER!
    ⚖️JUSTICE FOR COREY❣️🕊️✝️🕊️🩵

This just breaks my heart. No human, let alone a CHILD, should ever have to endure such treatment. So very sad. Praying there will be justice for this little boy.

Why did he want custody and even have anything to do with his son if he was going to end up doing this ? The father was fat! Was he jealous that his son was thin?

The kid running on the treadmill looked like it was fun until I saw how fast he was running and the dad picking him up and putting him back on it. Wtf. What was the reason for that? I hadn’t heard of this case. Running so fast like that is to dangerous for a child his age. I didn’t realize that pops is up for murder.

When the parents came to testify in court. They said that they didnt see the video of Corey been abused . That is a big lie. Of course they saw it . Bad people
