His SON Christopher left his tiny Grandson dead alone on a hospital table to flee after battering the child to death. His tears mean nothing!!!
P
And abusers can fairly frequently be the children of abusers
Someone should tell them … their testimony doesn’t erase his son biting, bruising and killing the grandson.
Who said it did??
@triamaria
Well, obviously, the parents think their testimony will help their maniacal lunatic of a son.
@@triamaria
The parents were there testifying to negate Chris's actions..Heeelo
@elizabethlacky6068 'Hellooooo' No, they weren't. They were loving, caring, involved grandparents. This grandfather sounds like the epitome of a good, hardworking man. I feel so sorry for him. THEIR son is an absolute monster and a menace and never should have been given custody of this poor boy. It doesn't sound like he's 'negating' anything. That might perhaps be the murderer's attorney's intention by examining them, but he sounds incredibly disappointed, disturbed, and sad over this. And not for one second did he defend his son's actions. In fact, he outright called his son's actions 'mistreatment'.
@emo7636
I disagree .. The only reason why the father admitted to that mistreatment is because there is a video of it..Heeeello
The grandfather was well aware of Chris's rap sheet in Baltimore of violent assults. Without the father's involvement in the custody battle, Chis would never have been granted custody.. I hope he's happy now.
He didn’t think a 6-year-old falling on the treadmill was significant?! Oh. Okay. I guess we know where Christopher got his parenting skills.
My son would have heard a few choice comments during that conversation.
he wont watch the video, though. which i think is pretty telling.....
@@jerseyjessicapr I wonder if he did watch video but denies it because he doesn't want to be questioned by prosecution about it
@@loosie5224 I hope chris takes the stand himself so he can answer all the questions the prosecution has for him.
What does the Grandfather’s Resume have to do with his son, Christopher Gregor murdering his 6 year old child? Both David and Carolyn enabled Christopher, and did not hold him accountable for his other crimes, but rather, helped him skirt the system. Christopher has proven that he is a malignant narcissist, has anger issues and lacks impulse control, none of which add to the enrichment or mentoring of a young child. Christopher Gregor murdered is son. His parents know it, his defense attorney knows it, the dog knows it, the cat knows it…and the JURY knows it.
I'm watching from the UK and am stunned that poor (6 year old) Corey would need to account to his grandfather each day at 4pm what he's achieved in school that day. All kids develop at different rates and often those who are slower at first will tend to catch up by the time they're 10 or 11. This is supported by plenty of studies. I'd suggest that all that's required of a parent/custodian of a 6 year old is to keep a general view of the child's development AND LET THEM ENJOY THEIR EARLY YEARS!!!!!
YES! well said. And to have to answer to someone who was a complete stranger and in a new enviroment living with strangers. As an adult that would be awkward, they should have let this child ease into a relationship with them and gained his trust brfore going through his school papers and making such a big deal of his grades, that was not what that boy needed at that time.
You can see and hear the disappointment in his father’s face and voice over his son’s actions after the hospital.
He didn’t lose his son, he murdered his son big difference
The father and son have the same look of disdain for other people. When the donors father eventually called back, there was no mention of him asking how Corey was ! Not one of the paternal side of the family went to Corey's funeral, what does that say !?
It says their Shite !
These assumptions are not helpful to anyone.
@@colleenshea2293These are facts not assumptions I'm sorry to say.
@@colleenshea2293 FACT!
Sounds like grandpa loved his grandson
I put less weight on what they SAY during testimony, and more on how people ACT during the time in question.
PopPop is up there all sad now, but during the time he and his wife paid for rental cars for him, drove him to the mountains in PA to go on a “hiking retreat” and take out their check books to pay for a very expensive defense attorney for their son.
Yet they won’t watch the gym video.
His words mean s**t
@@discdoggie Good point actions speak louder than words. The grandmother's testimony had me questioning if she was telling the truth about C.G. screaming, "What did she do to him?" As if to put this on Breanna
Don't be fooled
😢 Grandpa have u seen treadmill vid. "NO I don't want to see Cory mistreated" HE KNOWS his no good son abused boy ☠️
I really want to believe grandpa is a good person despite possibly being controlling, but I'm concerned because he continues to minimize the abuse by claiming it happened 1 time. That's what I recall him saying when the defense was fighting to get the parent's testimony in.
yeah I caught that too. If he wasn't with Chris and Corey how would he know if abuse was a one time incident?
I don't trust him..
Literally! What more proof do they need. Just makes me wonder how much this grandpa really turned a blind eye to his son’s evil acts. 🥺😩 Justice for COREY🕊️❤️
@@a.a.w.3161right, as if he would choose to turn a blind eye to it all. It’s so sad. I think he has somewhat guilt too . 😔
Well, yes… his grandson is dead. Why would you want to see something so traumatic!
It’s interesting how nobody knew that Chris was a psychopath
I thought the same. Even though his poor father was an expert in his field. Maybe he wanted as we all do to see the best in our children. 😢
Narcissistic people are very charming, they often fool everyone around them.
I believe Christophers father has anger issues. You wouldn't believe it looking at him. People aren't just violent and abusive out of the blue! This is learned behavior.
Oh there’s people that knew ! They just covered it up and made it go away . Like Chris dad said he protects him
I believe Breanne had an inkling
Praying this man never gets the chance to teach in any school...especially those in the inner city. After seeing what he did to his own blood I can only imagine what he'd do to a child in that environment.
What an AH. Who caused his son death & walked out the emergency room while the poor boy was fighting for his life. Coward
I wish Chris would have given that precious little boy to his loving mother 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Yea his junkie mother would've done great. I'm sure she can easily do methamphetamine and support a 10 year old boy without a diploma, work history., or a decent job.
Narcissistic bullies like Chris have many reasons for denying the other parent custody: they don’t want to have to pay child support (how dare they “steal” *my* money); they want to hurt the other person just to boost their own ego; and, clearly, the other parent couldn’t be any good at raising a child, because only THEY can do that “correctly.” 🤨
I agree, he has ruined so many lives, and now the world is seeing what he is
I wish the judge who denied the emergency order to keep her son safe would have granted it. His denial was also a contributing factor to this precious boys death
Some of these cases are just too cruel to even watch. This is one of them.
Mrs H 🇬🇧 ... I agree totally ... I'm devastated & extremely hurt & angry ...Cory was a beautiful, Innocent little boy... Only a human creature could do what he did... 💔
I feel so bad for gpa. He loved Corey and it shows. I cannot imagine how he must feel about his son now.
PopPop was a little TOO “involved” if you know what I’m saying….
Control freak, much?
which drove chris to move away alone with corey..... Chris had alll the privacy then.
Does this grandfather not realize that when Corey was conceived his son was 21, Breanna was 16. ? How is he not furious with him for that ? And that family has a negative attitude toward her ? Do the math grandpap, your son s assaulted a child then left her with a child to raise when she herself was a child ! Gee you think that might have contributed to her substance abuse? I am so angry at the Gregor family about that !
I'm getting heavy macho and egoistic tendencies from Corey's male parental figures.
I'm just picking up perhaps an emphasis on authority, occupation, physicality and athleticism, rigidity, status, appearances....
I assume Grandad's very beautiful younger wife is stepmother, not mother of the accused.
that really hurt the defense why you did not watch the video Grandfather I did not want to see my grandson abused
Big time. Thy know he's toast..just playing along . Thy watched it but said that to avoid questioning..Chris will die in jail
My question is why is he testifying? He didn’t even see the video. He is not educated or interested in the case, so why not stay home?
It would have been so good. If the dad had not been brought into Cory’s life. That really was a big mistake. They could have made it by not doing that. I wouldn’t have wanted to have to deal with the father.
I am sure Corey’s mom wishes she could turn back times and make things different 😞
I definitely think Chris loves himself tho 💯
Maybe Chris could never measure up to his parents standards
I love Corey too and I’ve never met him yet
At least Grandpa shed a tear for the baby. I have seen zero tears from Daddy dearest. Hopefully Dad goes to prison. There are men in there with babies of their own that they love and miss. They will get justice for Corey 😢 It's hard to even believe how horrible this "man" is.😢
Crocodile tears. Why didn't the killers family go to their grandson's funeral???? Inquiring minds want to know.
I do believe the Grandfather is very sad to not have his grandson around.
With his influence he stole that boy away from his mother.
No he wants to keep his spawn out of prison, that's it.
I think Grandpa is sad folks (in his elite circle) now have evidence he raised a psychopathic child murderer! Of course many of them have the same psychopaths in their homes! Rich people suck!
Christopher Gregor is guilty!!
Doesn’t matter what we are in life, teacher cop judge or even a doctor, we are all punished the same. Poor boy rest in peace 🪦 ☮️
He took his frustrations about his own body appearance out on his son. His son was beautiful. Coreys father was jealous of his own son. Did Coreys grandfather know his son was on steroids?
Grandad is pretty controlling/demanding and intimidating himself… a little kid gets off a school bus I think would be tired, my son would sometimes sleep in the car on the way home from primary school, he was always super tired head bobbling lol … he wouldn’t have been up for sports straight away. Chris seemed to want to push Corey psychically too, interesting.
That's your opinion and not necessarily true. Since I could remember, I was going to swim practice for 2 hours after school., from the age of 5 through my last year of college. The same with my son, He always had practice after school until evening,. That's not being intimidating lol. Usually when you have athletes as parents, you have kids that go through a lot of physical activities. Nothing wrong with that. Shows discipline and structure. However, I am NOT saying Chris did anything right. He is a bully and a murderer, and I think he abused him in others ways, not just by physical activities.
Maybe older kids, but the kid had just turned 5. It’s normal to go home and nap at that age, but not all kids do. It seems that poor Corey was never allowed to rest over there
@@laraantipova389
Or, give him a snack.
@@karencarrizo7497 He was a child, not in high school, probably not in first grade yet. This was not structure, it was ignorant and killer discipline.
@@nancyenkelmann4552 what the father did was abusive and he deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. Grandfather Taking him to play ball after school is far from abuse. Like I said, I was doing sports from the age of 4 or 5 everyday afterschool. Same with my son, soccer, and track. I got a full ride for college. This is more than just taking your kid to play ball after school. The original post said that the grandfather had that abusive type attitude. There is no evidence on that. Taking him to play ball afterschool is far from abusive 🤦🏻♀️.
In all those disciplines u couldnt teach ur son to not abuse his own flesh & blood?
Father’s blink rate increased when talking about schoolwork. This is sore topic with father.
Maybe Chris was jealous about how much his parents loved Corey more than they loved Chris ?
Maybe your silly assumptions are not helpful.
@@colleenshea2293 Chris only cries when he looks at his parents mostly his dad
Grandad seemed to be taking on the role of the DAD!
In previous statements, in court, he said he had gained another child when Corey came to live with him and his wife.
The way he looks at his father there is bad history
You know from a young age Chris’s Dad got him out of a lot of legal issues, 4 sure 100%. It’s sad ur son knew he produced a son, that he never wanted anything to do with then, why would he want to want to be him him later. It’s so sad in my opinion, he really resented his son. God knows he didn’t want him from the get go. Chris didn’t want to be with the Mom, so Chris took it on his Son. SMH
His eyes
Which of ur many disciplines which one is the one where u bite on top of the dome?!
This makes more sense as to what really happened and how this man was able to get away with abuse of his own son.
The defendant has such evil eyes
The grandfather seems like a great guy. He had such a good routine and structure while they lived with the grandparents. How did it go so wrong?
Jesus is anyone’s only hope
Amen 🙏🏽
Truth.
🎯
Why didn't Jesus step in and save this child????
I pray every night for justice.
But he wasn’t born a psychopath he was made into being one most likely by his father
Psychopathy can be inherited based on current research. Certain parts of the brain can be undeveloped.
I know this may sound bad to some but I'm glad Corey is with The Lord and this piece of crap of a person cant harm him any longer!
It's hard to comprehend that comment but I totally understand and Agree 100%
Death is the doorway to home..Chris"s home will be in jail the next 60 yrs.
Don’t care for the grandfather. He saw signs of abuse and did nothing to help. Based on the Corey’s mother’s testimony this grandfather nor did his family help with funeral expenses of Corey.
Note he is on the stand to testify for the defense not the prosecution. He knows very well his son is a murderer but is trying to paint him is a favorable light.
Ur sons a teacher??? Does he beat his students too?
this guy is disgusting for not reporting his son for child abuse. now the child is dead, an innocent child that had to live in hell before death
They did not pay for Corey's funeral. Speaks for itself.
poor father his son is a MONSTER
This Gregor family is complicit as far as I’m concerned…..after watching Corey’s mother share the true entire story on Guilty of Crime channel these people protected their very very dangerous son…..they have Corey’s blood on their hands too …..RIP Corey💙🩵💚
How many assignments does a kindergarten have?
He needs to write a book ❤
The one person who killed this boy indirectly was the judge who gave custody to a monster who wasn’t in this child’s life All the bruises and so many red flags . 🚩 terrible
Will Cory’s autopsy photos be showed in court?
Yes, but the public will not see those. Jury’s see all admissible evidence
is this new or recap from last week ?
Last week's testimony was a pre-trial hearing to see if the judge would allow the parents to testify. The prior testimony was outside of the jury's presence.
@@georgiaval1 thanks though these cases involving child murders/deaths i hate to say i find them interesting i also want this guy to be held accountable
Thank God Chris never made it to the “inner city” or anywhere else for that matter, to teach kids 😒 I can only imagine the terror he would have caused.
How can any adult beat on a child is beyond me. Sick in the head. End of. No excuses.
I feel bad for the grandfather....you can tell he knows that his son's actions killed his beloved grandson but is trying to help his son out of unconditional love and obligation.
Corey was 4 (or 5) when he came into Chris’s life - not 3
Question Christopher Gregor lived in apartment building did they know or seen anything i sometime can hear my neighbor walking in the hallway and what about past friends
Dad is definitely headed to prison. He’s not going to be received well.
The father is controlling, this is presented due to his experience in law enforcement, think behind the scenes it’s a bit different.
This is a wonderful grandpa! Although I think he was in denial about his son abusing his grandson! He didn't want to believe that or see it!❤ Corey 💙
When was this testimony by the dad ? Was this his 2nd.
No, the earlier testimony was a pre-trial hearing to see if the judge would allow the parents to testify. The prior testimony was outside of the jury's presence.
What a nice and support dad. Nice disposition.
The father seemed like he really cared about his kids and his grandchild. Sometimes this makes me feel jealous of how people are so privileged. But the grass are always greener on the other side. This is a lesson we all need to know.
So jealousy and greed drove Chris into killing his poor baby son
Ok so im in a fb page set up by the boys mother Bri. Now from all understanding from that page and all her mom and bri said. The father was taken to court for maintenance, this incurred the father visitation with the boy. Bri alsways made out that the child only went for visitation. But in court here they are saying the father got custody and the child, was living with grandparents and father. She never disclosed she list custody of her son. Im so confused. Did Cory die while in visitation with his Dad or was it actually the case that the father fot custody of the child. I still think he abused the kid abd caused his death, but the mom majes out she is holier than tho, when it may turn out she was also unfit and lost custody of her child too.
It was my understanding, based on court testimony alone, that mom had visitation only. Maternal grandmother had applied for food stamps (and I assume Medicaid) , which triggered paternal determination, financial responsibility, and much of what followed.
@@honeybadger1847 ok thanks for the info. I was just surprised to hear that, that animal had custody of Cory. That poor boy what he suffered.
He did have custody she was a drug addict but she always took care of him even though she was on drugs. Don’t know the drugs she was on.
@@SharonChasse poor kid
The only thing he got right was near the end - it wouldn’t be a solo act. The duo is going down.
When did the prosecution rest?
Why is State walking back and forth so much????
You'd think someone killed his grandson 😡
It seems that Gregor’s parents have been in denial of who their son really is. I think that they both should be made to watch the treadmill footage and witness for themselves the disgraceful , disgusting abuse that their son caused their beautiful Grandson. They need to wake up and understand that their son is a monster
Gregor is the most SINISTER looking man I have ever seen. It's scary. 😱
Is this Chris’s father’s second testimony like in front of jurors or is this same one?
Mrs H 🇬🇧 ... I hope the parents of Christopher understand that Biting, Torturing & leaving they innocent, Beautiful Grandson to die alone at the hospital can't be erased...They may love him but he can't be trusted..Not even with a dog ...Hard for them I know cos no parent wants to believe such cruelty from they own adult child ... It's a tough road ahead for them
cool hand luke
Disgusting he flees and leaves a dead boy alone and tells staff not to call mom , always badmouthing the mother. It is a red flag when a parent says not to call the other parent he was definitely guilty !
He will disown that devil.
Chris had a smirk on his face . He got back on dad I smell jealousy on his on boy.
Absolutely.
The histology confirmed it for me. Physical evidence doesn’t lie.
Is court done for the day? 🙃
Is Christopher Gregor in custody during this trial?
I am rather sure he (David) did his best. With your own kids you usually can never imagine what "monsters" you have raised so he shouldn't not be judged for this. And the thing with "monsters" is that they are usually very traumatized people themselves and this psycholgical disorder usually is discovered when its way too late...so sad..But David cannot even believe what has happened and how his son has developed...Its so sad, this precious boy passed because noone discovered how severe and serious his father's psychological issues were
Poor child entered into Hell when he met his new grandparents too. They don't sound like fun at all. Requiring the teachers to send a progress note daily!! That is ridiculous. Teachers have 20 other kids to manage and work with... they don't have time for that. It is not necessary either unless the child is struggling. I have heard that Corey was very bright! I worked in schools 30 plus years as a speech therapist. We always recommended kids have downtime after school. School is rigorous and consuming. Yet the baby had this "schedule" afterwards. Frankly, I think Chris' upbringing was less than ideal emotionally but of course, there was plenty of money and resources around apparently. Still Christopher is a monster. Daddy can gloss over it all he wants. I think daddy is equally as controlling and threatening. Homeland Security? OOO K. Why did the mother allow her baby to be taken? I blame her too.
At least grandpa was not a total monster
Christopher makes me furious!Oy Vey!
This is absolutely ridiculous. Just lock him up. All of this stupid testimony takes way too long. I don’t think he should have found out about Corey. He in no way can raise a child. If you’ve seen the video of Christopher and Corey in the gym than you know he deserves time in prison for what he did. His child didn’t get a broken leg. No, He died. That’s murder. Ok, all done.
Gotta respect due process.
The grandas angry granda
It seems that the prosecutor could've better related to the defendant's father.... Granted, she wasn't trying to be directly offensive, but starting the conversation off by saying "good morning" followed by steadfastly retrieving information out of a witness that he could be something of reluctant to hand over to her... could've seemed unpreferable from David's point of view.
His dad has nice eyes.He has crazy eyes....
Dont cry now ur jealous son already handled the cory problem
Has there been a sentencing yet. RIP Cory 🌈
No. That will happen in August.
Sounds like a good grandma too
Rebecca, the Momma, did wrong. She shouldn't have put her child in these peoples hands. If a fellow like Christopher Gregor makes a baby but does not want you or the baby, you take the baby and walk away. You dont push yourself nor your child on these people. They do not want you or your child and you got to get that thru your head! The mother of this little boy did wrong. Once again, these Gregors did not want her nor her child.
dude is so guilty it hurts
Didn't the judge talk about a shooting Chris was involved in during this trail.
Dont like Grandparents how could you watch poor Corey on the treadmill and this it acceptable.
I would not be a defense witness.
How did this wonderfully warm man father That Man!
Wonderful?? Wouldn't use that verb describing him
