The Grenadier is not the car you buy to fool around in the citys nightlife pretending to be adventurous. It's the well built, well equipped off-roader for the real adventurer who wants a car to trust in all conditions and on all surfaces.

Mud under the snow?
Only snow came up. No mud at all.
If, big if, it can off-road more than your 2 examples, the goofy rear doors and non-fold flat seats prevent sleepin or hauling much. In America we buy plywood and studs often.

Well, I guess that I know better what's beneath the snow, since I drove the car. Offroading for me is more than fooling around in a mud pool. It is using my car where I need to use it and here is the problem that the frozen surface brakes and I need the sturdy built axles, differential lockings and the well tuned suspension to cope with it.

What tires are you using in the snow? The dueler?

Cooper Discoverer AT3 255/70 R18. It's not my choice since it a presscar, and the air pressure was a bit to high for snow driving, 2,8.
