56 years old and so glad to find fun dance videos that don’t involve jumping and hopping on my feet that will aggravate my plantar fasciitis and cause tears instead of letting me exercise! So many videos out there look fun, but they move too fast and don’t give good directions so it’s more of an unattainable show than a workout. Thank you for making directions easy to follow, flipping the view, encouraging viewers instead of talking down, and adding moments, where I can keep moving my body but give my feet a short rest and still keep time. I used to teach social dance, and I would do an aerobic dance hour 3 times a week, including a lot of the same moves you do. After a year of being unable to dance due to serious illness, walking with a cane when I could walk at all, I got back into exercise several months ago with tai chi. Today I am starting aerobic exercise, I got through over half of this video today, and it was SO wonderful doing the familiar moves. By next week I hope to be able to do the whole 20. And at some point I will dig out my old routines and do the full hour!
What an absolute relief (!!!) to find a dance workout I can do with my little sister without worrying it will destroy her sense of self. Love the focus on working with the music, moving in a fun way and getting the heart rate up without a constant barrage of ‘burn fat, lose weight, trims those thighs and tighten those glutes etc..,’. Absolutely LOVE this! I know my little sis will enjoy this and find it a fun challenge. In her mind it’ll be all about learning dance moves. She won’t be thinking about sculpting a sexier body or any other nonsense. The number of videos I’ve watched that I can’t subject an impressionable mind to... well, it’s a sad amount. Happy to have found this one.

I love all the Latin dances so this was perfect. Short and concise with minimal talking, with just enough explanation. Basic moves, with a little variation to make it interesting and challenging. Very nice, thank you!

First timer here. I did your 10 minute class and then saw this 20 minute one so I did it also. Loved it! I'm 66 and am generally just a walker. Learned that Latin dancing is great for our brains due to the complicated steps. Hopefully I can lose some weight as well as ward off dementia. Thank you.

This is a very nice workout with nice music. I love it! however, As a total beginner and age 54, I would like it so much if you could for once slowly show the moves, when it comes to the turns... but will anyway continue! Thanks so much! I am dancing from Germany.

Hi. I followed this for the first time this morning because my regular teacher was not available live, only on replay, and my sister-in-law had recommended it. I am 71 and a dancer. I enjoyed it. I found it a little difficult as my usual dance aerobics routine is considerably less lively. But I reckon I did good and will probably join again.
I'm so lucky I found this exercise with all the dances I love. Now with the pandemic I spend 90% of my time at home and this is the perfect solution as I love to dance and need the exercise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I loved your style of incorporating ballroom dance into a workout video. This is so much better than the Zumba workouts because you covered so many ballroom dance styles. I wish more more group exercise dance teachers would mix the ballroom dance music styles with their Zumba dance music. Actually I think I know exactly why other exercise dance teachers don't incorporate ballroom; because they actually don't know how to dance. Obviously you do and do them very well. Please keep doing what you are doing.

Hey there! That was soo good to move to latin and other standard dance music at home since going out dancing is not on during pandemic times in Germany...Thanks! If I may say one thing though-Please, when introducing a step combination that includes turns or changes of direction, please turn around so that the viewer can see you moving in the same direction as he/she is! That helps a lot... the two guys can stay frontal so we can see both. Looking forward to your next video!

My feet weren't used to moving so fast, i went to settings at the bottom of the screen right and slowed it down to .75 speed while learning steps.
