#pokemon #violet #scarlet #gaming #nintendo #switch #games #hmaz #paradoxpokemon - Hry
Let me know what you guys think of this new long video format! Which is your favorite Paradox Pokemon?
I like it
Also slither wing is peak
Walking Wake is my Favorite, its big raptor suicune-
Nononononono nananananananana
Definitely iron serpent
Long form content is better. My favourite is Great Tusk
Magnemite only appears in PLA in time distorsions. The paradoxes are still not past or future forms, just paradoxes
Yeah, i still believe the theory more that the paradox mons aren't from the past or future but that terapagos just made the wishes/imagiantion of the professor a reality
Magnezone can be found outside of distortions
@@nikraa77 Spoiler! But in the dlc it turns out that they are from alternate timelines. So not actually past and future forms but also not imaginary. Though the imagination theory is still cool.
@@aperturemax3651 yeah, it works for me
@@AS-ri1mb i like to think that some magnemites arrived with the time distorsions and stayed, but it's just my theory
A fun fact about Flutter Mane: It is designed by Hitoshi Ariga, who has designed a bunch of Pokemon since Gen 6. Examples include the Aegislash Line, the Corviknight Line, the Vikavolt line, and much more.
It's a interesting coincidence seeing as Misdreavus is his favorite Pokemon.
Bro loves Power creep. But yeah they’re all great Pokémon designs.
Amusing that a guy who has Misdreavus as his favorite Pokémon gets to design a new version of it that looked like came from prehistoric times.
I was also one of the few who thought:
He worked on mega man
Armarouge and ceruledge look like robot masters
He must have made them right?
@gabrielchee8470 Tomohiro Kitakaze was the one who designed Charcadet and its evolutions. He also designed Venipede and its evolutions, and Mega Mewtwo Y.
In defense of Roaring Moon, despite having a lower base stat total than Salamence, it actually has a higher base stat in everything but defense and special attack
The Erica build. One I've ended up with, anyway.
Technically ogerpons ivy cudgel is a 100% accurate physical rock move, so long as it holds the cornerstone mask
So true
Multi-attack's similar.
“Brother, what is it like to land your rock moves?”
“BUNANANANAANININININI”
Even earlier than the age of Hisui - Magnemite were seen in the flashback of Kalos's great war, 3000 years ago.
I like to imagine the robot Hydreigon fell in love with is one of those green box bots you see at the pokecenter! I just think it’s really funny to imagine!
Like you walk by and see a giant Hydreigon on a date with what’s basically just a box 💀
But good for them tho! ^^
Magnets are not a human invention in our world either
Of course magnets that look like this are human made, but magnetic rocks can be found in some sand deposits naturally, which is probably the inspiration for paradox magnemite
Yes, and the past way for collecting iron to use on forging, collecting iron sand with magnets...
So THAT's why Iron Hands' hands are defibrillators! Hariyama's signature move wasn't actual smelling salts but some sort of emergency/healing maneuver, and Iron Hands took that even further.
Another fun fact, Iron Moth's legs are missiles.
Oh, and my favourite Paradox is the box legends, with Miraidon slightly above Koraidon.
Iron Treads looks like it could be a Sonic Frontiers boss. It has the correct color scheme.
Correction
Iron Jugulis is actually a robot bonking a Hydregion
It came out of a Hydregion not a robot
the sideways reference actually makes since
Yeah, I didn't think about Sideways or Arcee being similar with Miraidon's design. I've been more focused on comparing the legendary bikes to Ramdol from Bakugan.
Since when?
I'm honestly surprised you added Bakugan Battle Brawlers music in the video, but very impressed and pleased! That OST is so underrated.
I am NOT winning against iron thorns, 134 base attack, 100 base HP and 110 base defense, so it ain't dying quickly, it can set me on fire or give me hypothermia (fire fang and ice fang), or electrocute me (wild charge or something), cause a FREAKING EARTHQUAKE, or shove a rock down my throat.
Edit: I seem a bit overdramatic here so to clear things up I'm not that strong
If he just sit on you it will be enough ( 303 kg weight)
2:56 I loved hearing the music from the old Bakugan game. I thought I was the only one who remembered it!
I also appreciated you talking about Sideways from Transformers Armada
I did miss hmaz long form content hope you keep this format.
As for best paradox form ( in my opinion cough cough ) would probably be iron valiant.
While i don't hate furture paradoxs ( i actually think there similar in quality which is quite controversial) the whole robots only thing was a bit repetitive.
But iron valiant be a combination of both split evolutions that uses their secondary types is the best concept out of any paradox's. Plus that mixed attack stat on fighting/fairy go crazy .
Best concept, best types, fun stats, in my opinion best design and one of my new favourite Pokémon.
It wins my a massive margin ( but 'tis only my opinion at the end of the day)
3:06 As a pessimist who is a little bit (5 inches) taller than Iron Thorns I see this as an absolute win
I actually like the robot swords of justice
Fun Fact About raging Bolt: 5.2 Meters is like 17 feet tall.
Dude's still giraffe sized.
Not tall as some might think (Tall necks in Horizon Zero Dawn, which people noticed it looked like when it first showed up, is 61 feet tall or 18 meters), but still TALL by human standards.
I think the idea of the future and past Donphan's are that one of them focuses more on the elephant aspect and the other in the tire aspect
4:18 ivy cudgel rock
Multi attack, tera blast. That for psysical rock type moves
But iron jugulis blasted a building to dust and miraidon killed turo with koraidon killing sada so the fact about iron crown being the only one with a streak is incorrect
Love the vids 🤞👍
hmaz never fails to tickle my toes when he uploada
Slither Wing should have been Bug/Dragon lol
Plus Iron Thorns can be my personal leaning post 💀🤣
Heres a more morbid fact: If you look at great tusks' eponymous tusks, you'll notice that they're starting to curve towards his head. There are several species in real life that died out because their horns stabbed themselves in the head.
His successor, Donphan appears to be a descendant of great tusks whose tusks grew outward and were thin enough to roll into a ball
I just wanted to say that I appreciate the use of music from the Bakugan Battle Brawlers video game in this video.
fun fact if you wonder why sandy shock (a magnet pokemon) would be a past paradox pokemon is because magnets are technically not man made, there are extremely rare rocks called Lodestone that are naturally magnetic which is what Sandy Shock is inspired by
When you brought up Burning Bulwark I was praying for the Inazuma Orion reference
"fire wall" actually got a good name, somehow
1:35 please do NOT call him “mr hands” 😭😭😭😭😭😭
2:50 There are natural magnets in our world as well. Every magnet was not a man made invention.
I mean, Magnets used to be under the ground, but not in the shape of classic magnets, so yea, sandy shocks could probably have shaped them into this form
Spoiler for the indigo disk DLC
The paradox pokemon are said by the original professor Sada to come from different timelines. Sandy shocks probably never existed in our timeline
@@Nmoment-uv6jc aah right right
I remember
Spoilers:
I saw that too, they are not directly from past and future
They are from different timelines
I forgot about that, but yea it makes sense
FINALLY someone got the Mega Mewtwo Y reference! Also, look at Scream Tail's shiny!
4:27 what’s that song
M8 are you a bakugan Fan?
I CAN HEAR THE AQUOS ARENA THEME IN THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR VIDEO!
And the funny thing is, collision course isnt even super effective towards dragon types
4:15 Ogerpon disagrees
Ogerpon cornerstone and his ivy cudgel when mighty cleave has 5 less base power but is more popular
Random Bakugan Wii ost is odd but appreciated!
Hasn't it been confirmed that the paradoxes weren't actually from a different time, but from a different dimension just like the Ultra Beasts
I just realized what the background music was oh the memories of bakugan
4:40 Dude. Anything next to that tree gonna look short. 5m is pretty tall for its brothers' proportion I suppose.
4:24 "brother, where did my 50k go?"
I may be taller than iron thorns, but I would still get absolutely *flattened*
So a 10 year old is now the master of this mortally wounded athlete… damn
Well mangamite only was found in the time distortion which a place where time itself was broken which is why so can find pokemon from the future like the porgon line and the magnetmite came to the past
Fun fact:
Raging Bolt is a reference to brontosaurus. The name means "Thunder Lizard," and Raging Bolt's head being above clouds looks like how paleontologists thought sauropods lived in the water and stuck there heads out for air.
The reveal order of the Paradox Beasts is a reference to the order of the Mesozoic Era. Walking Wake is a Theropod, which have existed since the Triassic Period, Raging Bolt is a Sauropod which existed in the Jurassic period, and Gouging Fire is a Ceratopsians, which existed primarily in the Cretaceous period.
Well, given how many of Magnezone Pokedex entries reference the idea of the line being for space, and given Pokémon like Clefairy and Staryu exist, it's not an impossibly for Sandy Shocks to be an ancient alien of sort
Anyone else thought All of the Future Paradox Pokémon were all Steel Type?
4:16
There is also rock ivy cudgel
We already know that lots of man made things that inspired Pokemon designs did so in reverse in the Pokemon world.
Magnemite lead to the discovery of magnetism and magnetic minerals.
Vanillite's line inspired the look of ice cream cones.
Klingklang lead to the invention of the gear.
Klefki lead to the invention of the keychain.
There are probably more that I can't think of right now, but yeah. In the Pokemon lore, man was inspired by their version of nature.
My favorite paradox is all of them because I can't choose anything 🎉
In legends arceus you could also find a washing machine for rotom too
Another fun fact about iron thorns he is my height lol
Just push over Iron Thorns, what's it gonna do, roll towards you? It's a cone shape, it's just gonna roll in a circle
So gouging fire has toxapexs protect move but worse?
The fact on 2:00 is easily the best one.
Figure great tusk pre-dates the wheel like koraidon.
WHAT? I HAVENT SEEN THAT ENTEI PARADOX CREATURE YET?
I think he actually thinks we “invented” magnets.
When the green arrow appeared on my screen the veiw counter went up
All the future pokémon is just strange
This might be a hot take, but I dislike Walking Wake... A lot. It loses the majesty of Suicune. It just feels less... mystical.
I also am not the biggest fan of Raging Bolt, but I don't hate it.
Gouging Fire though... I love it. It retains the feel of the original Entei, and makes it even cooler.
Also, my favourite paradox is Koraidon. He's just a goofy little dragon puppy and I love him.
Hahah, we're quite the opposites on WW then. Suicune was actually my least favorite out of the Legendary Beasts, but it was Walking Wake that made me fall in love with Suicune in a way (albeit in some other way or form). Really loved its design, and might just be my favorite Paradox 'mon, apart from Koraidoggo.
@@AquaQuokka In my opinion suicune is a bit overrated but walking wake makes suicune look amazing.
I respect your opinion though.
The way you described Suicune losing its majesty comes across as you thinking of it as an unintended design flaw when in actuality it's an intended design choice. You don't have to like it, but that's the entire point of Walking Wake and the many other Scarlet paradox Pokemon
What about cornerstone ivy cudgel?
4:24 😂😂😂
4:20 rock ivy cudgel, and rock multi attack
wHaT aBouT IvY CuDgEl ThOugH!
Just kidding though love your content
I cant decide if i love raging storm's design or hate it
We all would not beat iron thorns in a fight because it is made of metal😂
3:02 it is as tall as a ceruledge
Well actually rock type Ivy cudgel also has over 50 power and 100 accuracy
I didn't count type changing moves otherwise Multi Attack, Judgement, Tera Blast, Ivy Cudgel etc would all count.
Ogerpon also killed the loyal 3 once.@@Hmaz
4:57 you forgot about bully Koraidon/Miraidon
Hydreigon must've been dropping game on a ps2 for its offspring to be looking that low-poly
Actually Koraidon's signiture move is a reference to Jay-Z's and Linkin Park's collab album with the same name
No it’s a reference to the ice age movie of the same name
So you're telling me Koraidon killed his own past paradox's
Tyrantitars fall off needs to be studied. How'd we go from a monster capable of levelling mountains, to a 5 foot smol boy
I’m 5’2. I could certainly try!
Is this dlc pokemon only?
Brute Bonnet is the first centaur Pokémon.
Ok here's a question for everyone what's your favourite paradox pokemon
Walking wake. It's a fact
Roaring moon and koraidon
@@ediakin4993 those two are pretty cool
@@jobanpreet3795 it does look cool
Iron Jugulis and Thorns are cute
scream tail doesnt permanently fly, you can find them on the ground, and in battle it doesnt fly.
4:28 nonononononono nanananananananana
3:47 Hey I think u made an error in ur script, you were supposed to say "Nope, this isn't a fact, it's an opinion. It's actually the opposite of the truth." (joke)
jokes aside, ”best design” is clearly a blatant sign that it is indeed not a fact, but an opinion
-this unbiased post was made by unbiased minds
I do believe that I could beat iron thorns in a fight
I don’t think I can defeat Iron Thorns in a fight, but I can beat it in height
Have any of you realized this but every paradox in violet is made out of steel and every paradox in scarlet is a beast except sandy shocks
Magnetism is a natural phenomenon. So are magnetic rocks and metals.
4:16 that is illegal, why must rock moves always miss?
bro there are natural magnet
Yes.
Humans never created magnets…
Ever hear of how atmospheres work?
I will run iron thorns pockets
Walking Wake is the goat.
Uh Hisuian liligant got spore and Photosynthesis
Hisuan lilligant doesn't have protosynthesis and i think its way too frail to attempt to spore
As someone who is 5’5” it’s not enough to beat iron thorns…
Did you know that these Pokémon’s are from other diemensions
Did hmaz
just said yes in India local language
I'm an inch taller than Iron Thorns.
5:20 and yet, it's not Rock-type.
