You can actually take the mass of a character and determine their body weight based off that mass and the shadow they emit. Venusaur clearly has more mass and makes a stomping noise when it walks around. Tropius is actually pretty quiet when walking. Not to mention in multiple Pokemon games each Pokemon can have different heights and weights even if they're the exact same pokémon. And Pogo alone. I have several massively different heights and weight venusaures'.
