I’m sharing with you my very easy and SIMPLE version of Puerto Rican sancocho using the instant pot! Yea there is so much more that can be added to a sancocho, but I made this sancocho with challenging myself to k my using things that can easily be found at any Walmart and with very limited time and it comes out so AMAZING!!! omg ! I have to try the sancocho in my instant pot ! than you for the great idea and looks delish! in the stove it just takes forever lol

Definitely give it a try! You will love it! If you want it to get a little thicker you can just let it sit on its own for a few more minutes and it’ll thicken up more. My & I family love it, they were asking me to make it again this weekend, this time in gonna go ahead and try to find some fresh corn to add 🤗
