Instant Pot Puerto Rican Pork | Pernil in the Instant Pot

Pernil is a delicious marinated Puerto Rican Style pork that is traditionally slow cooked over fire or in the oven for several hours. However, if you lack the time and have an Instant Pot, you can make Pernil in a fraction of the time. Granted to won't get that delicious smokey flavor, but you will still get to enjoy a delicious Puerto Rican Style pork roast!
