Highly recommend using the cartridge that comes with it to fill it it holds almost double the amount that the con40 does and its gonna be inside and you can actually see the ink levels a little bit :)
I really like the colours .. It’s almost as though your pen is in a monotone world, a bit like photo app where you can colourise some parts but the rest stay in black and white. I never have been able to get on with the capless sadly as the clip is just in the wrong place for me.
I’m with MMD I am not a fan of the CON-40 converter, I used the cartridge and then once empty washed it out and fill it with a syringe. You look like you have more success with the converter than what I do though. Enjoy your new pen Brittany, it’s gorgeous 😍
Well, you’re not the alone 😂 I waited so late I couldn’t even order the pen!!! I know there’s other sellers which I plan on getting soon, but I want it in gold and I want I think I want a fine nib. But after your video, I may wait if it’s not a smooth writer. 😊
Your Kaigan Stone capless is so pretty, and the rhodium trim compliments the ombré beautifully. I didn’t snag one because I had just picked up the Raden Stripe. (Like your Kaigan Stone, it’s more enchanting in person than photos convey.) I tend to miss out on Yoseka limited editions and exclusives unless I sign up for restock or catch a presale. 😂 Have you had a chance to move into your Minooy Thea and give her a spin? Btw, thanks for introducing me to the brand; they have so many interesting and well designed bags. My heart wants to try one of their smaller crossbody or camera bags, but after four children, my brain is still stuck in diaper bag era even though the kids are beyond it! 🤦🏽♀️
Beautiful pen! I got my first VP in the decimo - Champaign color and silver. I love it! It's my everyday carry. It's also my first gold nib pen. I named her Nancy bc she's attractive and functional a quality I think all people named Nancy possess 😊

I read somewhere, that the converter from the moonman/ma john should fit a pilot VP and holds more ink. I am keen on trying that out myself.
I found the same pen at Vanness and ordered my favorite broad nib with rhodium trim. I waited too long to get it at Yoseka..
