- Hey Friends! This is a reminder to check in on those fountain pens you haven't been using that are inked up including the huge pile of inked pens you may have forgotten about....like ME!

In an attempt to get down from 8 inked pens to a more reasonable number, I see that I now have NINE inked. How did that happen?
I enjoyed your video, as always! It was nice to see some of your pen collection when you did your pen check in and I liked seeing which inks and pens held up for 3 weeks without using them. On a side note, I am wondering if you are still doing the Atlas mystery ink box and what your opinion is so far? I am still subscribed to it myself. I look forward to more of your videos!
Thank you so much! No I ended atlas sub at the beginning of the year. It was great, but I already had a large collection of inks, I needed to slow down. How do you still like the sub now over a year later?
@@CarrotsOlives I like it, but I’m starting to get too many ink bottles too so I’m not sure how much longer I can do it.
@@CarrotsOlives I also meant to say that it has helped me expand my collection to ink colors and brands I wouldn’t have otherwise tried (and now I like).
do you play any special music while you are cleaning your pens?
Not so much now…I typically just listen to the racket of my kids 😅
You have lovely, consistent handwriting. Have you done anything special to develop your writing style? My handwriting is okay, but it is very inconsistent. I've been thinking about purchasing a book on handwriting to help me become more consistent. Do you have any tips - or are you just a natural? 😃
Rather than buying a book, I would say there are a lot of CZcamsrs that have great videos about handwriting. As for me, I’ve always enjoyed writing and would actually practice each letter during the summer before school would start. My handwriting became less perfect when I was in college because I had to write everything down, very quickly. Since then and finding fountain pens, I realized the best way to improve my writing was to slow down. Then if I wanted to perfect letters or change the style, I would reference other scripts and practice them. Hope this helps!! ☺️
