Daily activity goal CHALLENGE: 21 days being fully active

  • See my progress during the 21-day daily activity goal challenge! I reached my activity goal everyday for the past 3 weeks, and I recorded the progress and results of this challenge to share with you.
    After these 21 days being fully active, I'm excited to tell you how this affected my sleep quality, my energy level during the day, and to show you the tool I used to monitor my activities (which is the Oura ring).
    I decided to try this challenge mainly because I was feeling too lazy and tired on my rest days (I needed to move my body more), because I really wanted to understand if I needed to go to the gym everyday, and I wanted to sleep better.
    Being fully active doesn’t mean I needed to work out everyday (I didn’t!) Actually, I was able to reach the activity goal even on my rest days, without exercising. I will show you some of the activities I did on those rest days and if it was easy or not to achieve the goal.
    This daily activity goal challenge was a blast, I recommend you try it for yourself!
