Ao meu ver, a melhor técnica dessas que eu mencionei no vídeo é: ligar palavras a imagens. Isso é essencial pra você memorizar vocabulário; é o que faz nossa cabeça funcionar rápido (e consequentemente, falar mais rápido também).

I used to understand any concept, any information or anything there ever could be in days, be it Quatum Mechanics or Chaos Theory or Calculus, anything i needed to learn i could. Now, with Gemini and ChatGpt and CZcams and Wikipedia and all that, let's just say, information overload gotten the best of me. There are an estimated 262,800,000 hours of video uploaded to CZcams per year, how does one filter out what they see or learn?

It's a difficult task, indeed. I believe that the best thing we can do is not try to run away from the information, but instead choose a specific source of information that you'll trust and follow. We need to make choices.
