oi Thaíz realmente criar hábitos saudáveis e praticar são importantes para ter uma vida bem melhor, mas no brasil estamos sempre agitados com o dia a dia e muitos compromissos fica difícil manter uma rotina com hábitos saudáveis sempre, mas vamos nos adaptando como podemos.
