You must reset the bios, with the laptop disconnected from the power outlet, disconnect the internal battery for a minute, and reassembly, if conflicts were presented by bios problems will be solved

maybe this could help. If you see two windows 7 choices, choose the onr in the bottom and it would start normally

I reinstalled all my programs and now is like it was before,all my options...all :D I don't know what happened but now I can use again my PC.
