Welcome to Lakehouse Cove, in my opinion this neighborhood offers some of the best quality of life that the entire state of Florida offers. This neighborhood features a diversity of builders and price points from below $500,000 for the initial buyers all the way up to homes exceeding $3M that will exceed $4M and $5M on the resale market in the future. This neighborhood features homes built by some of the best builders in all of Florida, including Lee Wetherington, Arthur Ruttenburg, and Homes by Towne.
This neighborhood tour will show you the location of the neighborhood including nearby attractions, then take you on a drone tour inside the neighborhood, and the amenities. Going to assume there are gators in that lake, so floating near the shore on a tube is a no-no; which we love to do at our lake in PA.
Yeah I would save the floating for your pool here in Florida. Gators here mind their own business for the most part but better safe than sorry.

Those homes at lake House Cove are so close together and look so much alike child a couple of drinks I will be in the wrong home.

Those custom homes are incredible. It's too bad none of the buyers tried a more adventurous architectural style though. They all seem pretty similar.
Whats the flood zone rating? How much would flood insurance cost on the Rutenberg model home?
It’s an x flood zone in Lakehouse Cove and also in Wild Blue where Arthur Ruttenburg is building. This means you do not need flood insurance.

I have to ask…at 3:49 someone has their garbage cans in front of their garage. Is that a deed restriction? Especially spending that much money I wouldn’t want to see neighbors eyesore garbage cans.?? That shocks me.
Good question, I would assume there are rules against that in the by laws. It may have been a very temporary thing before opening the garage to bring them in.
@@michaelheller_KW. Ok I was wondering cause those homes are expensive and that neighborhood better be PERFECT! No eyesores allowed!
They probably filmed this on our garbage day. We can’t leave garbage outside.
